How do I manage the label (Bestseller)? as I know if product is featured then the “HOT” label appears, if discounted then the label with discount amount appears.
So Bestseller comes from where? and Can I add or change the name of these labels?
for e.g I want to change Bestsellers to -> limited edition or add a new label called: 2023

You can change the name of the labels. For the bestseller label, you can set up it for your best selling courses or any custom items that you want in the settings.

WooCommerce template files no longer update no matter what we do – reinstall the theme or update from the backend.
Your theme (Edumall) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

Hello When creating the membership level in Paid Memberships pro there is no option to add the courses to the membership, there are only pages, post, the option to add courses to the membership does not appear.

I bought Template EduMall a year ago. Support refused to help restore access. It looks like they are deleting accounts on purpose, thereby encouraging you to buy the EduMall template again.
