Your theme is really great. However, I have been having a problem with your theme for the last 3 days. I lost, after the 1.1.4 update, several elements on my site and I can’t add them anymore via Element pack pro. Element pack pro tells me that I don’t have an active license while everything seems to be fine on my side… Can you help me?

Having the same issue with Element Pack Pro. I updated the theme and ran into a critical error so I downgraded. Working okay now besides the EPP issue. I’ve already submitted a ticket, but just need to resolve it asap.

I’m looking towards your WooCommerce improvements which would be a great update…Your theme will be a great choice for blogging, portfolio, landing page and e-commerce.. I am actually having issues with my licenses syncing on your ticketing platform. The ticketing system shows I have 1 license for Brisk however I have multiple and a few for Vault too. I am actually unable to raise a ticket that links to this sites license.
When you manually add the purchase codes it doesn’t do anything.

I love it but as i’m a woocommerce website dev..i got to ask this question.. would you plan to optimize your theme on woocommerce to get more customizable shop?. Yes i do know that your theme support WooCommerce but it’s a bit basic. if you would consider this feature request i’m sure your theme will be the All in one Wordpress Theme.

My question is my client needs more pages like case studies portfolio and etc. Is it hard to add them on with the same look? Or do you have a demo how it looks with the software version. I saw alot of the other versions have a ton of pages but this one not really?
Hello, each demo has it’s own set of inner pages, depending on the niche. You can easily add case study or portfolio pages, and it will adapt to the website style, without putting that much effort into it.
Is there a template for the Stripe Demo header? That’s exactly what im looking for and would be awesome if I didn’t have to re-create it haha

I cannot edit in elementor with the element pack pro plugin on. When i deactivate it, i can but that then stops me from using certain widgets, tools, extras.

I registered my theme on local hosting and I’m unable to change a registered domain – in your https://my.uicore.co/ dash there is no way to disconnect domain from theme licence, when clicking on domain there is a blank page and no options are seen. Please help me solve it.
Hi, simply connect again from the new URL, and choose “Transfer Domain” when prompted. This will automatically change the domain in your my.uicore.co account.

I cannot access any of the element pack pro widgets – I have them all activated, but they are all in red, only the free ones are green. Aren’t they supposed to be included in the purchase as they are used on the demo sites as well as blocks and pages?
Hello, yes, Element Pack Pro is included for free and should be pre-activated, but we had some trouble with the license activation recently. We already fixed it with their developers, so please follow up on the suggestions we sent on our support system.

Hi, pre-sale question. If I buy Vault, from your Template library, will I be able to use all elements from your Affirm theme pack? I like some stuff from Vault and some stuff from Affirm. From your website it seems like the library of templates are the same? Can you confirm?
Hello, yes, the Template Library is the same on all themes, meaning you will be able to access the blocks from Affirm, but not the full demos.

Hello, I have installed SMS marketing template on talentscout.dk. Under menu “Brancher” you see the menupoints you have made with the icon and background color + text. I can only insert icon, but not change text or add text + background color to new menu items. how do i do this?

Hi, go to Appearance – Menus – Screen Options (top right) and make sure “Description” is turned on. Then, edit the Description field in each menu item, and the icon background color will be added automatically.
