WPML Language Switcher on Mobile overrides the site logo. I would like to suggest, as soon as the menu is converted in a burger menu, the language switcher should show up inside the burger menu, not outside.

If you are familiar with database transferring than yes, but there’s no built-in feature to export/import theme settings.
