I bought this theme years ago and I never used it before because our client at that moment back then canceled the project. I’m using it for my own purpose now and I have one weird situation. I can’t change the fields in the submit listing form, from the backend. If your support is expired, you need to extend it to get the proper support. It’s by Envato support policy.
We don’t have any bugs on it. You should disable all of the 3rd part plugins and have a test. It should be drag & drop to the groups.

2. Unfortunately, the screenshot is not available. ( restricted ) We have the submit form for post and manage them on the users dashboard.
3. They need to register. when they start chating without login, it will be creating a new account or login. We are considering to add an option in the future.
4. Unfortunately, not.
5. Yes, partly using some cache tools. It’s a shared hosting and a little bit slow. But still pretty fast.

We are a bit disappointed with this theme because although it works very well as a directory system it has some serious bugs that the theme does not support:
- It does not support the Polylang plugin to put the web in several languages since the directories stop showing on the web at the moment in which more languages are added.
- The theme does not support more than PHP version 7.4, which is obsolete due to security problems that are published from time to time for wordpress and taking into account that almost any theme works perfectly with PHP versions higher than 8 .
This is a serious problem because Wordpress itself and many plugins can no longer be updated because they do not support old versions of PHP.

Themes can’t make all of plugins compatible in the world. Loco translation plugin is the most popular one and it works. WPML team also check the compatibility and it works.
We are not sure if we understand clearly. But nothing serious problem with PHP. It works with PHP 7.4 and PHP 8. WordPress also required PHP 7.4 or higher. It’s not a problem with update recent plugins. Of course, we can’t support old verion of PHP. WordPress also does not support old version of PHP and other plugins.
If we understand clearly, you misunderstand about PHP versions.

I need to create a search site for registered users, which has the map with the following characteristics: 1) it must show at the same time where all the subscribers are, and not just the subscribers of that displayed page, even before having filled in the search fields. Then logically after applying a filter, which shows me only the placeholders corresponding to that search on the map, and the zoom is automatically set for those results; 2) not only google maps must be possible, but also other free maps, because beyond a certain use, the google apis are paid and do not allow a calculation of the budget to be spent if you want to create a site with national diffusion 3) it must also be visible and usable by android and ios, whether they visit the web page from a mobile browser or install the app that I will have created based on your wordpress theme. Can you consider the suggestions below? If so, when are these features expected to be added?
1) Fill-o-bot on Add Listing page - I think this could be a valuable addition to the theme. When the user activates this feature, the system will look on Google Places and all possible information will be pre-filled. The biggest advantage of this is that you keep all the information such as location, category and website uniform and your listing website stays neat. For an example, please check out the demo from your colleagues at ListingPro.
2) Gamification - To motivate users to stay interactive and return to the site. A proprietary system or support for Gamipress plugin.
3) Ability to support a listing without leaving a review. This can be in the form of a Like button. Here the administrator can then create a page with a top 5 most liked entries, for example. Or on the homepage a small block where the top 3 are listed. Apart from that, it gives the visitor an idea how many people have seen/liked the listing.

Yes, it’s possible to put on the top. Yes, it’s included. But Ads can be better if you watched the tutorial.
Only admin can make the taxomoies not by authors. We had an experience that authors add many wrong, weird terms.
Therefore, only admin can create it. Please see the tutorials for custom taxonomies. It’s very good.

Thank you, the solution i see is the following :
Can your theme put in chronologically order the ads (by default or by custom selection) from the entry date (not the actual date when the ad was made but by the date it says it starts from) ?
If it can do that it will list all ads in chronological order (by the entry date the client entered) just like in the last minute link above, i believe.
We have the ordering option. desc, asc. It’s for listings ( I think you call it Ads ). But we are not sure about not actual data. entry data is mostly the same as actual data. If you need an other custom data and order by the custom date ( I think you need order by a custom date ). Then it needs to customize work the order type. You might need to hire someone.
I have talked to our developer shortly. He said it’s possible. If you want to hire our developer, please contact them via the link.
