Hi, I just updated the Artday to theme v1.9.2 released March 7, 2023 and did some new css commands in the “Additional CSS” section of the customizer since the update.
However, these changes will not reflect on the mobile site, only show on desktop version. I even tested by changing a specific header title color to red and it will only show red on the desktop version of my site. I cleaned all caches as well but it did not fix the issue.
The weird thing is my custom css that was applied before the update from the additional css section still works on mobile, but any new css changes do not show on my mobile site, only desktop. Please let me know if you have any solutions. Everything else works great. Thank you, I look forward to hearing back.

Sorry, but this update has broken the “Additional CSS” section of the Customizer for the mobile site of my website, that had worked previously up to 2 days before update. I can confirm this because I cleared all the caches including caches directly on my host’s dashboard on top of wordpress’s cache. I also tried again today as any website cache should of expired by now since its been 3 days since I applied the theme update. I simply changed all the writing to yellow on one specific page using the “Additional CSS” in the customizer and published the change to the page. And while the css applied to the desktop version of that page it would not apply to the mobile version of that same page.
On top of that, I even logged into my website on my mobile phone and wasn’t able to preview any css changes (unlike a week ago before I applied update) that I did using the “Additional CSS” section of the Customizer. Then 3rd confirmation of this issue, I also viewed my mobile page on a new phone I setup for my wife earlier today, that has never accessed my website and it would not reflect the css changes unless I enabled “Desktop Site” (same for me), but once option was disabled and returned to normal mobile site, the new css changes did not appear, only the previous css code worked on mobile that I had added before the update, weird issue.
It is not a big deal for me, but I imagine you will soon get many more complaints similar and yes I did disable any cache plugins as well. I did extensive troubleshooting to confirm this.
Now for those experiencing this issue, I found a workaround finally today that helped me apply the new custom css I was trying to in my earlier comment. While the custom css of the customizer is now broken for me, at least for the mobile version of my website, still working for desktop version of site, I can say that 100% now, I was and still able to apply custom css to my website a different way using WPBakery Page Builder that is installed with this theme.
WORKAROUND SOLUTION: In the settings of WPBakery there is a “Custom CSS” tab and I was able to add the same custom css code there instead of theme customizer and it worked on both my mobile and desktop version of my website. That works for now as I think I am done with all the custom css for my site, just needed to add 2 more commands, which I was able to successfully apply with this workaround.

Hello, there just purchase the theme and wanted it to look like the preview, but it doesn’t. I am using WordPress through Bluehost.

you do not need to buy nothing separately. All you need is already included with the theme.

you do not need to worry about license keys or updates plugins ask you for. These are simple notices and they don’t affect your shop functionality. But for sure they will be updated on next theme update.

hello guys, i have a question: i would like the slider images to have a fade on the sides so that they fit the white background. I tried to add an already faded png image but the template overwrites canceling the change as if it were a jpg. Do you have any suggestions for me to fix?
