Thank you for your message! We are trying to figure out how to see the available and booked off dates on the calendar that pops up in the front end when we try to book a room? And we are also trying to figure out why when we book off a date we can go back and book that same date and it does’t mark it as unavailable? Is that a feature that comes with the theme or do we have to install a plugin that would work with the preinstalled calendar? Do you guys have phone support where we would be able to talk to someone who might be able to assist us in navigating the theme (of course we would pay for it)? Thank you in advance!
Could you make sure you have set the proper Room Amount on your rooms? This will make sure the room becomes unavailable if it is booked on that particular date.
This feature is built-in to the plugin(Tourmaster) that’s included with the theme.

1) Our property offers three different service tiers for our rooms, each with different inclusions such as food and drinks. Can your system display and differentiate between these three different offers for the same room or property on your platform?
2) Our property has a set rate for occupancy of 1 or 2 people and a different rate for occupancy of 3 or 4 people. Is it possible to set and display these different rates within your system?
3) Can your plugin integrate with any booking platform using ical?
4) As I am new to this process, I would like to understand the options available to me. If I determine that the theme would be better suited for one of our other properties, is it possible to transfer the license to another WordPress site assuming I remove the theme from the current site?

The “book now” button already works as if its a “more info” button, you can change its text using the above method. This method is used for translating a theme but it also works for changing the words in the same language.
There’s no other option to change this text.

Yes, this one can do multiple branches as well but it will slightly different from Hotel Master. The search bar doesn’t have the branch to select. I don’t like your builder, hopefully soon you can release the pr elementor plugin version, it’s more versatile and modern. This would be a good solution for everyone.

Hello there, before I buy I have a UI question. When someone select dates, check in and check out, do you have the option to close the window once someone selects the check out date or is it mandatory to hit the “X” button to close it?
Also it would be nice (optional) if you can view the number of nights selected when you hover over the dates, is this possible?

This theme is not created for Elementor. You may use third party page builder plugin but note that most element in demo site will not show as it must be called by our page builder.. For example, blog layout, portfolio layout, column service, stunning text, room lists, etc…
When you use page builder plugin, it will call its own element, layout.
