Good morning, on 03/14/2023 I made the purchase for another website, it is already installed, but when I want to install the demo (shop_two) it does not install it, it does not appear to load the information, so I wanted to know if there is something bad?.

Also, the version of the dfd extension is not updated, in fact it is not in the downloaded files. I have version 1.5.X that I bought in 2020.

Will I have to do it manually, instead of using through the template? or the version of the dfd extension is wrong.

It’s better to update the theme to exclude the issues already fixed in the theme and try to load the demo. In case the issue is still there you can use WordPress importer or get in touch with us via ticket here.

Hello, I have just purchased the DFD Native theme in order to update my existing site from v1.0.0 to the current version to ensure Wordpress compatbility. On installation a message is shown indicating that WPBakery, DFD Extensions, and Revolution Slider need to be updated. Running the update process results in this error “An error occurred while updating Revolution slider: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.”. The download site link is http://dfd.name/check-native/plugins.php?plugin=revslider&code=… How can the updates be completed?

This theme is really a nightmare , i lost almost 10 hours trying to make it work, everytime i put the settings on every header style, and also trying to Custom the header, it never showes the same setting i put on the theme options, most of the times it removes all the setting olso , and i need to start again from the begining, this theme has a really deep issues becouse i lost all my evening and all the night trying to get it work , and now its 5:43 in the morning , for nothing . I just want my money back and nothing else.

Hi, I used your Native template but the support has expired. After updating the WP and PHP version the site doesn’t work anymore. I also can’t update WpBakery as it asks me for the license. Do I need to renew my license to get help?

Hello I have a problem with your theme on woocommerce I create a variable product and I set the picture, description, price for each variation, everything is ok until this step, but when I add a sale price for any variation something goes wrong and the signle product page doesn’t load except the custom header with the product name

I use Native theme on a client’s website since 2018, but since a few months, when I try to update the website, it breaks the display and WP Bakery doesn’t work anymore. I want to update the theme & WordPress version and make changes to the website, but I can’t.

I just purchased Native Theme. Installed Wordpress, uploaded theme & child theme, uploaded plugins. Now trying to use Demo Import on #15, and nothing happens. I get the Install Demo Content popup, I say “YES”, and nothing happens. I’ve tried it over 10 times. Can you help? Thanks

Also, I went to your Support site to sign up with this License of Native, and again, nothing happens when I put in all the info. It just clears the input fields, and nada…

PS – this is my 3rd Native theme install, and this has not happened before.

I used the Wordpress Importer instead. but still a problem with setting up new user on Support page.

Hi team. I am updating my website made with Native. I upgraded the php version to 8.0 but the visual composer doesn’t work also the website has display problems. How can I proceed to upgrade? Should I buy a new license and replace the theme in the “themes” folder? Will my child theme still work?

I was just going to edit the child theme functions.php and realized there isn’t one. Is this something you plan on creating in the future? I don’t want to break the child theme by creating my own if I can avoid it.
