Thanks for writing in! Our theme uses regular Elementor which is more than enough to achieve anything you do see on our demo website. No need for the Elementor Pro version.

Our options that are within the theme are wide and you do have our themes header and footer options which you can use.

You can always consider using Elementor Pro, but in order to be able to achieve this please understand that our theme has already predefined styles for header and footer, as well as our theme options for the same, so it will require you to edit the theme files which falls out of our support scope.

I just tired and it wants me to renew my support as my it says “Support for “Stål – Industry WordPress Theme” item has expired.”. At this point I am trying to resolve an issue and I need to see its caused by an outdated plugin such as WPBakery or the Slider. I cant rule this out because you havent updated the theme in some time now. Please advise Thanks

Our dev team is working hard at the moment on updating all our themes. We don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however once it is updated this will be listed in the change log.

The compatibility with block-based widgets (added in WordPress 5.8) was included in the latest theme update so the theme should work correctly on the latest version of WordPress and with latest version of Elementor.

Please note that themes demo content is built with the themes options and shortcodes and with free Elementor version. It is not necessary to use Elementor Pro and we haven’t tested the theme with Elementor Pro.

This is a pre-sale question that we did not ask earlier. If the theme turns out incompatible, we will have to discard it. Therefore, it would be great if you could answer here. We do not want to renew support unnecessarily.

Please note that after you install the theme and import the demo content you should get all the pages we have on our live demo, so you should have this page on your website.

We will need the URL and credentials to check this on your website, so please contact us through this email, include your purchase code and URL of your site in the email, and one of our support agents will check this and assist you further. Thank you.

Thanks for taking an interest! The native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run the import tool you will get Elementor content, however, you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well. Do note that WPBakery is not included within the theme and that you will need to build your own content with it since the demo import is only for Elementor.
