Using it so far good, but recently received an Error mail from WordPress for some fatal error. here is the Mail “WordPress has a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Axil Elements. ”. Don’t know why I also didn’t even noticed any problem in my website but for safer side support should look into this matter. I can’t contact support as my support has been expired that’s why writing about this in comments.

When are you going to update the theme to show different updated icons please its bad when twitter is no longer the logo and now X and its not updated on a agency website that creates websies for others. It looks unprofessional for us..

Guys we bought this theme because of your top notch support and great theme that is very handy for doing many things, but it is now December 2023 and your footer still does not allow the changing of the twitter icon to X this is very bad for companies like us that make websites for others. How can the theme we use not be updating and looking modern. We pay good money to use your theme and even once extended support, but we cannot keep extending support for things that should be common and necessary. Twitter has been rebranded a long time ago so you should update that footer to allow us to use correct icons. Please keep the theme updated for your loyal customers!!!

You cannot create support tickets thats the probem and we have to keep renewing the support and it costs money to then ask one or two questions only for $23 every time. Its not fair practice…
We have renewed support once already and then only use it maybe two times in 6 months to ask a update or a question that needs attention? So what must we do ?

Hi guys, i have a question about the imported media. It seems to sit in a folder that is difficult to add alt atributes to the image and this is bad for SEO. How can i get these images to have alt atributes: There are many and i want to add the alt attriibute them.

Tomorrow has come and gone, this is the one plugin on this theme that never gets updated and with out it the entire site does not work. Please keep the updates coming as soon as possible its something some of us really value in a theme.
Its a common complaint here that this plugin is neglected by your support team and does not get enough frequent updates.

Its frustrating that the plugin is not updated when a new one comes out. I understnad its part of the theme, but then you should be pushing a update out to all of us when there is a new update. We cannot sign into your support cause our support licence has expired. Its unfair that we have to keep buying 6 month extended support just to get plugin updates. Your theme was last updated 18th January 2023 we are already on wordpres 6.2 surely you should be updating your plugin to accomodate this?
And to pay $23 for people in countries where the dollar is x 17 is alot of money each time for support that we only use maybe 5 times in those 6 months.

Hi team, I’ve got this theme form almost a year, and I am very happy, it is great, the only problem appeared recently with a form 7, after some of the updates the form became too stretched, too big – does anyone have the same issue? And how to fix it?
Also Advanced Custom Fields PRO has never been updated, it is still Version 5.12.2 while 6.0.6 version is actual – can you guarantee that I will never have problem with that and I will not have to purchase ACF Pro license?
