For explore page you can set the listing order to “Nearby”, when users view that page they will see results from their location. For other widgets that’s not available.

I think I’ve set api correctly but when i search address some addresses comes out to google map plus code something like this “G295+PX”
Since your theme is using Google map Geocoding api, I thought it can convert google map plus code to actual address.
Do i need custom work to do this? or something is not working on my website?

The theme just displays location data that is pulled from google maps api. Try changing the autocomplete type under wp admin > theme tools > map services > Autocomplete returns results for

There is no restriction there, any address that is available in google maps can be used.

1. I would recommend you go with Cloudways. For our demos and support website we use the Digitalocean 80GB storage plan.
2. You can use services like AWS to store images externally. By default events are not deleted when event is over but that can be achieved with a snippet.
3. We help with any issues you might encounter using MyListing. Installing the theme and importing demos is pretty straight forward but we can help you with that if you have issues, We don’t provide customizations in our support site.

If i activate your theme -> deactivate woocommerce & elementor button dissapears on plugin page. Is this right? How can i reinstall the plugins if there’s some problem?

These two plugins are required that’s why you can’t deactivate them. You can login to your ftp account go to plugins folder and change the name of elmentor/woocommerce, that will deactivate them. You then change it back to the original name.

Listings > settings > notifications > you can see all the available notifications here. If you want to change the text of emails you can use Loco Translate, if you want to edit the whole template you need to use a child-theme.

Can your theme put in chronologically order the ads (by default or by custom selection) from the entry date (not the actual date when the ad was made but by the date it says it starts from) ?
If it can do that it will list all ads in chronological order (by the entry date the client entered) just like in the last minute link above, i believe.
