You say you fixed the issue in the theme updates. But I tried to update my site on a cloned version and not despite your update there is still the same issue with the page using the shortcode [dt_sc_courses_search title=”Search Courses” post_per_page=”5 ” /].

So to make again tests and understand what happen I installed a completely new environment on a test server, with the latest version of your template, wordpress 6 and earlier and test php version and there is the same problem: the page using the shortcode [dt_sc_courses_search title=”Search Courses” post_per_page=”5” /] redirects to mywebsite/wp-content/themes/lms/framework/courses_search_utils.php

It appears that your template does not work beyond the version of WordPress 5.5.11!

Or give me the right environment to run it !!!!!??? Please!

I work for a client and am wasting a lot of time and money on your incompetence.

Do the test yourself or stop your bad faith!! Your template does not work with a recent version of wordpress. The page using the shortcode [dt_sc_courses_search/] automatically redirects to mywebsite/wp-content/themes/lms/framework/courses_search_utils.php

I just sent you accesses but really there’s no need for you to waste time asking again, you know your template isn’t up to date right? You can for your part test a blank site in a recent version of wordpress and see that there is still the same problem! Especially on firefox.

So now please, quickly update your template so that it can be used with the latest versions of wordpress and php!!

It is unacceptable not to make the effort to see the issue. Take the test it does not work with the shortcode.
