It’s hard to see where you exacly talking about but you most probably referring to to the header topbar, which you can see the options here: Dashboard > Ninetheme > Theme Options > Header.

We just checked your ticket in details. Our support agent kindly ask your permission to reset and then make a clean demo installation but you refused.
On the other hand, we’ve made a couple of test on different devices and browsers but never got any issues. We even took a video while installing the demodata to be a referance for you.
