Hi, where’s the product.pre-order page? Your official document says it’s in the Theme templates -> sidebar section, yet I couldn’t find it. Why? Is this a bug of your theme or a mistake in your documentation?

Hello. I am using your theme for my store. I am having issues with the display of product availability status. In the admin panel, the product is listed as in stock, but on the website it shows as out of stock. This issue only appears when using your theme. On standard Shopify themes, everything displays correctly. Can you please advise me on how to solve this problem? Can you also please advise me on how to install the latest theme updates to my store?

Hi guys, I’m using the Avone theme for one of my sites. I noticed you added a new homepage option called “Modern”. https://avone-demo.myshopify.com/?_ab=0&_fd=0&_sc=1. At the top of the page under the nav bar there is a black scrolling bar with text. I want to add this to my site, but can’t see it as an option when I try to add a new section. Can you tell me how to do this. Thanks :)

when I click on a product and am redirected to the product page, the image is blurry at first. Is there an option to fix that so that the product image is shown sharp right away?

in homepage layout 32-plants you have in the footer an image of plants. When i copy the files settings_data.json & index.json i dont get the possibility to get an image as background in the footer. How can i get it?

Hi, I have uploaded the update, following the ‘old’ instructions on the youtube channel, and it does not work well : my homepage had disappeared completely, reviews of my products did not appear, and maybe there were other problems but I haven’t taken the time to check them out as the ones I would have had to deal with are bad enough. One of the reasons I need the update : when customers make an order they don’t receive an order confirmation anymore … So I would hope it is possible to install an update without loosing all the efforts made since a few years. Please help me because I like the theme a lot ! :-) kind regards, nadia

I am interested in his theme and we already have a license from another account and looking to buy again. Pre sale query actually we are looking a theme to built Mobile store. so we need to add variables to choose from like Ram / Memory / and few more extra.

You can use any three variant option for products on shopify and our theme.

I bought this theme several months ago, I don’t use it since (because I had migrated my sites to other CMS).

Today I reopened a Shopify store. However I can’t use the theme anymore because it’s still activated on the first store (which is closed since a long time).

Can you deactivate the old license on my old store (which is not online since a long time) so that I can use it on this store?

P.S: I tried to contact the support, but I have to pay 56$ to renew the support, which I find expensive to have the right to use a product I paid for.
