I have already verified this information. I modified the domain and the Activate JNEWS License button does not appear or accessing Envato.
It is strange that the JNEWS Support Center, my license does not appear my domain or clicking on Update License purchase.
Now I can’t even import the theme I used because it alleges a problem with the license.
Now that I’ve had time to put my site up, I can’t and I don’t agree to pay for new support.

I’m glad to use your theme and thanks for the consistent updates but Why we can not disable the AI ? Making the AI as default and without disable option is really not good. I don’t mean that AI is good or bad with that I mean not everybody prefer to use an AI. Please make a disable option for AI.

the search engine can find words that are not inside a blog post?
For example: “I have an article called I am on the moon” I have a page called About, inside that page I have a lot of text, inside them the word “I am on the moon” and a link to a PDF document called “I am on the moon” when the user searches for words could Also find result in this section when searching for “I am on the moon”.
so the search engine returns 3 results? or just the one in the post?

it depends on how the search engine is designed and what it is programmed to look for.
if we are talking about Google, Google search engine can find words that are not just inside a blog post, but also in other parts of the website, such as the About page or a PDF document. When a user performs a search query on Google, it uses its algorithms to scan the entire website and rank the results based on relevance, authority, and other factors.
In the scenario you described, if the search query includes the exact phrase “I am on the moon,” Google may display all three results: the blog post, the About page, and the PDF document. However, if the search query includes other keywords or phrases, Google’s algorithms may prioritize some results over others based on their relevance and authority.
It’s important to note that Google’s algorithms are constantly changing and evolving, and there is no guarantee that a specific search query will yield the same results over time.

In the theme features it says: “Live search results. Live search saves the visitor the time of having to hit a submit button to get their search results, as it provides the results they are looking for before they even finish typing.”
for the JNews live search it will only show the post that containing the searched word

We suggest to using the latest version of the JNews, because in the latest version we always improving JNews theme, adding new features and fixing the bug.

I got error installing the theme for the first time. Docs says I need to install required plugins, but after I installed the theme, it crashed the wordpress.

I know I’m not the first one to say this, but there should really be a Customizer option to disable the AI assistant for those of us who are not going to use it. I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with your AI assistant – we just don’t want any AI at this time (and maybe never).
Also, Tweeter’s recent API changes just made it impossible to use the theme’s share buttons … I now get this error message: “Your current API plan does not include access to this endpoint, please see https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api for more information”
This just started happening like half an hour ago, as I was able to share stuff earlier this morning. I know there may not be a workaround for this, but I just wanted to get this on your radar.

For the JegAI it will not add a significant load to the browser because the JegAi process only runs only when the JegAI button is clicked and most of the load running on our server

CONGRATULATIONS, jegtheme, With the update to V. 11.0.1, you have proven that you add functionalities only in financial interest! why is this JegAI Assistant garbage not optional? Doesn’t this make it difficult to load the theme?
They are trivial and free functionalities requested by fools who bought your product, they are not added, But this JegAI Assistant is activated by default!

JegAI will not add a significant load to the browser, it constructed by javascript code to control the popup and event and it will only triggered when the JegAI button is clicked also most of the process is running on our server.

how to enable post excerpt in jnews – module 22

we can suggest you to use some of our other modules that using the same 3 column design and have the excerpt, such as JNews module 35 and JNews module 36.
