Hi, I’ve been using your theme and buddypress for about 5-6 years. About two months ago I installed Youzify and there is something doesnt’ work OK =====> With PaidMembershipPro Plugin you have an option to include/exclude one “level” in the member directory. It’s called “Include in Member Directory: YES/NO Should members of this level be included in the Members page?” =====> This functionality worked ok before installing Youzify but now it doesn’t work. =====> I have all the addons of Youzify but the support team is telling me that this is not realted to the addons but to Youzify, and since Youzify is coming with the theme I want to know how I can get Youzify support. Thank you!
I’ve tested this option on the default theme without any other plugins installed and it still doesn’t appear to be working. So this appears to be an issue with the “Paid Memberships Pro – BuddyPress & BuddyBoss Add On”. To confirm this, deactivate Youzify and all it’s addons and see if it’s working again. If not, we know it’s not a Youzify issue.

The theme has not been tested with MemberPress, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. While I don’t usually offer refunds for the theme not working with third party plugins, in this case I can offer you a refund if the theme doesn’t work specifically with MemberPress.
Also the theme has been designed to work with the Paid Memberships Pro plugin which is also a membership plugin.
In the “Original” Demo it shows that you can login using social media accounts. Is that something that is included in the theme or is it a separate plugin that needs to purchased. I have been searching around a lot of themes, and I am looking for a theme like yours as it is WPBakery which is easier than Elementor for an office staff to learn, but I need it to allow social media logins for the forum, is that possible with your theme? Is the “Original” Demo the only demo that allows for social media login, as we don’t see it available in the other demos

The social media login is part of the Super Socializer plugin. This is a free plugin which the theme’s login form is compatible with. This plugin can be used with any of the demos.
The bbPress forum uses the same account as the account the user logs into anywhere else on the site. Or are you referring to your own forum system?

I am using the network template. Is this right, that there is only one bbpress forums design that only shows the categories with no hierarchical sub forums?
I checked some other demos like community and this looks a lot better. Is there a chance you add a forum template to network template or as an alternative make the theme compatible with the plugin called “ppb style pack” that allows a lot customization from the plugin side?

Hi there,
The theme only comes with one bbPress forum layout and this is available in all theme demos. The theme also comes with the Youzify plugin which adds it’s own bbPress forum layout if you wish to use that.

Maybe you can activate bbpress in the network demo and compare it to the community demo and than tell me that this is the same template. It’s completely different.
I have tested this on the Network demo on my test server and the forum layout looks exactly the same to me.

The Paid Membership Pro plugin is what can restrict access to specific posts/pages for paid members.
The theme has the ability to restrict access to the whole site only to logged in users.
The theme is giving fatal error with sensei pro 1.11.0:

The error is coming from the plugin not the theme, so it’s likely the same issue would occur with this plugin using any theme. Make sure you’re using the most up to date version of the Sensei plugin and contact Sensei if this issue continues.

We’ve come across a bit of an unusual bug we thought we’d make you aware of.
When the Aardvark plugin is enabled, it seems to prevent Code Snippets (WP Code Lite) from working correctly. Actually, it seems to prevent certain PHP snippets from running. For example, we attempted to run a snippet that prevents wordpress from sending new user notifications. While it normally works a treat, this time it didn’t. Being a bit lazy, we installed a plugin called Disable Admin Notices individually instead. Again, the emails kept coming in. So…we revert back to Code Snippets and started disabling plugins one by one to see if there was a conflict, sure enough, when the Aardvark plugin is disabled, everything starts working as it should and the notifications stopped coming in.
We haven’t dugin to why yet, but figured we’d let you know.

The payment plans is part of the Paid Membership Pro plugin. Paid Membership Pro is a free plugin and is not included with the theme.
The plugin allows you to upgrade/downgrade to a different level but you can’t have multiple levels at the same time. You can’t purchase the same level again until your subscription for that level has expired.

The reason for this is that you will still have a copy of the theme. If refunds were given in this way you would get many people purchasing the theme, downloading it and then requesting a refund.

1) Can you describe how it won’t let you post a support ticket. Are you receiving any error messages when signing up?
2) Yes, this feature was removed. You can use a plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-default-data/ if you still won’t to import demo data.
Where can you get the original template file, with the profile data as it is in the demo. It is very important for us to have the exact copy of the demo that you have.
The BuddyPress data seen in the demo is not the same as the BP data you were able to import. Why would you want a ton of BuddyPress posts, members, groups etc that you’re going to delete anyway. The demo used to same data available from the https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-default-data/ plugin.

1)Does this theme support article restriction? For example, Once the user wants to click any of the links or adverts, or posts that are added by the admin when they click, It should go to the login page which means without logging user can’t select or click anything.
2)Can we add the eCommerce features in this theme same as Olx, gumtree?
3)Finally, does this theme support Job searching features? Like Indeed, glassdoor

1) Yes there is an option to restrict access to the whole site until the user is logged in (you can also allow access to specific pages for logged out users).
2) The theme has no eCommerce features built in, these are added by WooCommerce. You’ll need to use a WooCommerce add or different plugin to add such features.
3) The theme supports BuddyPress and BP Profile Search plugin, which allows you to search profiles based on the members profile fields. Beyond this you’ll need to find additional plugins if you’re looking for something more.
For the dating demo can the register button be disabled so that members can be manually added? Is stripe & mailchimp supported?

Posts can be filtered alphabetically. BuddyPress also allows you to filter members and groups alphabetically. You can see this in many of the theme demos.
