I need my site reset. I previously installed the theme on localhost where I don’t have the installation active anymore.
How do I do that? I already used that one time reset thing you have.
Also, it would be great if you could have this as an option in a ThemeRex account where we could do it ourselves.
Hi, I’m considering to purchase “Kicker” Theme for my SEO-optimized blog website.
I have already used “Elementor” as a builder for several websites and we prefer “not” to use Elementor, since it highly affects overall SEO optimization of our website, mainly website speed. But I think we need to use some kind of builder to edit pages easily.
1. Can I used another simpler builder like “WP bakery” with your theme? Will it be compatible?
2. Will I get to choose either Gutenberg or Elementor version of your theme when I install it?
3. If I edit my website with Elementor and turn the Elementor plugin off, would the website run well after that? Will turning off the Elementor after using it affect the website badly?
4. Is it possible to make web pages with Elementor, and blog post with Gutenberg editor?

Thank you for your interest in our theme.
1. All existing demo pages and layouts are built through Elementor Page Builder and should be customized via Elementor ONLY. It is possible to switch between the page builders. Please use One page builder for creating/customizing One particular page/post/layout.
2. Our theme is compatible with Gutenberg page builder. You can create new pages using this editor, though you can still use pre-built custom header and footer layouts.
Also, there’s Gutenberg skin, please learn more about it here: https://gutenberg.kicker.axiomthemes.com/doc/3. If you use Elementor widgets and then turn the plugin off, these widgets won’t work on the website.
4. Yes, you can create pages via Elementor and posts via Gutenberg.

Cannot activate theme despite not being enabled in any other domain. I open a ticket but it tells me that the support has ended and therefore they can not help me if I do not renew the support. Yet I paid for the theme and I do not need support but only that the theme I paid for has made available to me

Hello, I recently made the mistake and accidentally removed my WordPress installation without purchase code disconnection. However, I used the disconnection once, and now I can’t use my purchase code for the new website I want to create. Is there any possibility to reverse the deactivation process? I was trying to use support but every time I hit “submit ticket” nothing happens.

I want to express my deep regret in buying this theme. I cant activate the theme as i am getting error message saying that the key is in used! meanwhile i have not used it before. The admins want me to pay 41$ before they can help me with a key that is fake!!!!! i will never recommenf this theme. as this error from the support has caused me my job…....yet i still cant use the theme what a shame this is.
Support is offered through their system, which is available Mo-Fri from 10 -19 CET. Now it’s Friday night and I have to get the site done through the weekend. I cannot use the template now and I have to wait for the entire weekend because of a stupid thing you guys did with your license system, even though I used it on the same domain.
So now I’m wasting time and losing money because of you and I can’t use the theme. Are you people for real? And I’m not the only one who ran into this problem and you didn’t do anything.

Before moving the installation to the live server (or re-installing the theme on localhost) you need to disconnect the domain under Theme Panel > Theme dashboard > General tab – https://ann.axiomthemes.com/doc/#domain_disconnection
We have manually disconnected the license this time. Please activate the theme again.

And guess what? The same thing happened again today, and again it’s a weekend and you are not available for support. I’ve spent a week trying to make your theme work and, of course, I can’t install it anymore and have to wait until Monday. Of course, your online tool to “unblock my license” isn’t working because why should it? This is absolutely unbelievable. It’s literally the same domain!

good day. I’m probably stupid. I’ve been trying to insert a recaptcha into the (trx_addons_register_content) AJAX LOGIN/REGISTER BOX for a year. I don’t know what to do to show the protection there. I tried everything. There is only newslater in the Advance popup plugin. Another option is to edit the php in the template. I do not know how? As is logical - you have programmed a script for facebook login but you don’t have the added option of captcha protection??? I don’t understand, I can’t figure out how to do it for a year. I succeeded once, but the captcha was in the footer position, but every owner of your website needs that protection in pop-up windows. how to do it?

How do I get a refund? This theme is broken and does not work like it claims. I should not have to activate a debug option for it to work partially. Your support takes too long to respond to critical errors/issues and we have a LIVE website that cannot afford to be down long.
Based on the fact this theme is broken and it’s now been three days since with not meaningful help I believe I am eligible for a refund.

Provided them, at this point I much rather get a refund as I don’t have much confidence in this theme and it’s future. I have a feeling it will slow down my website and give me non stop bugs.
I rather write articles, not fight with a WordPress theme.
Please process refund, after a week of trying support we go nowhere. The issues you ran into are because the theme style files do not work with certain php versions.
We can not afford anymore downtime or issues with this theme. I have no interest in keeping it and have deleted the files from my server and computer.

In order to replace login form background please replace this file on your server /wp-content/themes/kicker/skins/default/images/login_bg.jpg, where Default is the name of your skin. And the layout of the form should be edited in the wp-content\themes\kicker\skins\default\trx_addons\templates\tpl.login-popup.php file.

You can install the theme on your test/development server for testing/development purposes (this installation should not be available to the public). As soon as the project is ready for moving to another domain (create the backup to be on the safe side), please disconnect the license and activate the theme on another domain. Development installation will still be functional except for importing/exporting demo data.
You can have ONE active theme installation at a time. You can move the license to a different domain by “disconnecting the license” from the active theme installation and then re-entering the purchase key/token on a different WordPress installation.
You can create 1 website (on a single domain) for yourself or for your client.

Hello, whenever I enable the dark mode using the color switcher, the screen flashes white whenever I switch pages. It seems like the code for the color switcher dark mode is running after the rest of the code for the page. Is there anyway to fix this?
