Hi, we are redoing the site with another Infinite version (old site is with a different version). I have tried to import the demo-material, and managed to import all but images. We do plan to change the images to our own, but with “ghost-images” it is very difficult, since we cannot see what is the image size etc. I did increase the limits according to instructions but that did not make a difference. The image import process takes just a moment and import gives info ”’Furniture’ demo successfully imported”. Is there another way to import the demo-images for demo purposes?

Unfortunately, seems it’s the server conflict cause the images can’t import properly.

Could you check the live demo and set the image depending on it?

Yes, container padding is set to 20 px.

Ok, now I changed Item Left/Right Spaces to 20px and it looks ok. But I wonder why it was reset after theme update?

Hello, this is the worst theme I tried to install ! There is no plugins into the archive theme, no goodlayers-core or other plugins needed for the theme. I deactivated all my plugins, nothing change, impossible to use without the plugins. I tried to use the envato plugins to install, nothing change, not possible to install the goodlayers-core plugins because there are no plugins into the archive !! How to use this theme if I can’t install the nedded plugins ?

Hello,

I had registered my serial number and my site, but despite this it was impossible to download the plugins, only the Envato Markert plugin was available…

My site not being in production, I did a “Reset” of wordpress, and I finally managed to download the plugins.

I’m sorry for my previous comment, I was upset not to be able to use a theme I bought, but I understand that you protect your theme by not adding the plugins in the archive, even if I find it annoying.

I consider infinite one of the best themes. I just leave as a suggestion greater possibilities for configuring the width of the sidebar – currently we have the option of 25%, 33%, etc. Other themes have an infinite range of wide possibilities. Another point is spacing. The spacing of for example 20 for the desktop, in the case of the smartphone, is very spaced. Improving these two aspects in new updates, out of all the themes I’ve used, this one is the best.

3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.

After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.

1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.

2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.

3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

Hi Great theme and the site is working excellently, however getting this error when woocommerce is enabled recently – turning woocommerce off removes it -

Service Unavailable PHP did not respond properly to the request. As a result, Apache considers the PHP-FPM service to be unavailable.

Detailed information about this error is available in the app’s Apache error log at:

/srv/users/SYSUSER/log/APPNAME/APPNAME_apache.error.log The root cause of this error is often slow PHP code. You should disable any plugins the app is using and check the app’s PHP error log and PHP slow request log located at:

/srv/users/SYSUSER/log/APPNAME/APPNAME_phpX.Y.error.log /srv/users/SYSUSER/log/APPNAME/APPNAME_phpX.Y.slow.log

Php 8.0 Disabled all plugins except woocommerce and goodlayers core – and its still giving the error when they are both on.

did points 1-3 but not fixed.

Hi I have a site with coporlio theme. I have more than 1000 portfolio items. I have seen that they are coded via functions.php Now I would like to switch the site to infinite theme. I would like to know if it possible to transfert all portfolio items in this new theme. Thanks

Maybe copying the old code for the portfolio items and adding it to the Infinite theme will help you transfer all portfolio items. I’m not sure about it, it’s just my theory.

Dear Infinite, I am using your theme for 7 years now in my portfolio and for other clients. It´s an amazing theme. I always recommend it.

I know that my support is finished but suddenly today I entered my site and logo disappeared and the infinite one is appearing, footer is white, header conversion button dissapeared and search bar appeared… lots of things changed without even getting into de panel, updating anything or so. Hello, a quick question: I have a WooCommerce product which I don’t want to be displayed on the page, I am using the “Product (WooCommerce)” element of the page builder so “All” the products that I create are added automatically and I don’t want this new product to be seen by customers, Is there a way to hide it?, I can’t find information about WooCommerce in the documentation, thanks.

Greeting. We bought your theme many times ago and have several sites built on it. In the last wordpress update (version 6.1.1) and the last update of your theme, there were some problems regarding the hamburger menu. There is no longer an active item when the menu is opened (it used to be white) and it has a wider shape, but we have a bigger problem with the slider. A certain white area appears every time we open and close the hamburger menu. We did everything we could (cleared the cache and tried in a new browser). Can you help us in some way?

Hi there, I am trying to update my GoodLayers Core Plugin, I have tried to deactivate the plugin and then delete it and it doesn’t show up to re-install the new version. I have downloaded and installed the latest version of Infinite from ThemeForest, but doesn’t seem to have the latest Core file. Mine is running Version 1.6.2. Any ideas, or possibly a link to download the latest Core files so I can manually update, please? Thank you in-advance.
