Thank you for reaching out. I would like to answer as follow:
1. The ical sync will get booking data from external links. But you have to update it manually.
2. All the booking items are located at Dashboard/Room areas. They can be grouped into different types like SIngle, Double or Apartment. The search results will look for rooms/apartemtns of any types.
3. Sorry, we currently do not setup a backend demo

Is there a way to trigger ical sync with a cron or something? Manually updating can be a major issue especially in high demand seasons, there will be double bookings for sure. Is there an email we can contact for customizations, cost of something like that etc?

I think cron is the only options for WordPress, but it has drawbacks, like someone needs to access your site so that the cron can run, and as it is added as a process for server, the page loading time may increase, depending on your server speed.

Now we are solving a problem with the pricing for extra room services such as breakfast.
I can specify that the client can choose 1,2,3… breakfasts per person or per night or per room, but we are missing the option that if the client chooses for example 3 breakfasts for 3 people, that the price for the breakfasts is automatically multiplied by the number of nights the client wants to book. Would it be possible to do this somehow?

We have not tested the sync with eZee. But if it use the format like Airbnb or Booking.com, then it can sync with eZee.
The sync is required to manually update. Automatic syncing is not too good for performance.

Yes, our theme can sync booking with Airbnb and Booking.com and other external sites.
The theme currently does not have the function to book on the backend. You can book as guests, because the theme allows to book without logging in.

The header builder is quite buggy. Every time you make a change all the settings are back to default.
ICon menu doesn’t change color. ALignement of items lost in case of smal modifications.
Obviously i’m not going to pay 70 bucks to renew the suppoort just for this , but authors please be aware of the issues

We just check your report again. Changing the column width and breadcrumb color applies on the front end. It does not reset to the default settings, unless you click the reset button.

The theme runs with basics and free versions of plugins. You do not need to purchase any premium versions.
As for Elementor Pro, the theme does not need it so the plugin does not include with the theme, though you can use it for more advanced widgets of that release.

1. Is there an option in the ROOM SEETINGS or related PHP file to not display the AVAILBILITY CALENDAR? 2. and not display BOOK A ROOM sidebar (think the sidebar I can just not display it in settings or in a ROOM PAGE SIDEBAR widget option – is that correct?).

2) Is the iCal sync 2 way? i.e if a booking is made on AirBnb, that room is blocked in our website.
3) Is this a good solution to use for a hotel which will have bookings being placed on a very regular basis. Will all the syncing across platforms work effortlessly?

2. Yes, you can import from Airbnb and export to Airbnb.
3. All the booking is recorded immediately after customers make reservation.
The syncing is required to click the button manually, but can update all rooms at once.
