I recently purchased the Avala WordPress theme, but unfortunately, I’ve been experiencing some issues when trying to activate it. Every time I upload the theme and press the ‘activate’ button, my website becomes inaccessible and displays an error 503. I’ve tried repeating the process several times, but the problem persists. There seems to be the compatibility issue with the WP 6.2 at the moment.
We will publish an update in next 24 hours.
In the meantime, you can remove the following lines from framework/filters.php (lines 8 and 9)

And it should resolve the issue.

“I recently imported the entire theme which includes four seasons, but I’m only seeing one season’s page theme available with four main home pages. I was expecting to see page themes for all four seasons. Can someone please assist me in accessing the other season’s page themes or let me know if there are any additional steps I need to take? Each season (with its home pages) has a different import xml file – you can not import all four seasons in one take. You need to import each xml file separately.

Unfortunately, the import does not work. Have already tried hours, however, it always remains at 0%. Have already written to the support and made all entries in php.ini, but it still does not work. They could not help then also no more. Too bad 70$ burned.

Hi! And thank you for this wonderful theme! I have a question. It might be stupid, but here it goes: I am trying to have the RSVP form to have an extra “I come alone” “I come with someone” radio options (along with I attend, I will not attend). I can’t seem to make it work, though… The other thing is that the email I receive does not contain the Name (It’s the phone number that gets printed as Name. Something like PhoneNumber <email> Reply (I will attend / I will not attend and Notes. No matter how many options I place via the tags from form builder, nothing gets sent.
I know that this might be a Contact Form 7 issue, but I thought I might ask here first.

Hi, I cannot get my buttons to center align! I have tried every setting in the page builder and also tried to use CSS but they are always either right aligned or left aligned. Is there anyway you can help?

In general, the column’s align setting is the safest way to enforce the alignment of the child elements. The align setting on the button, as you have noted might not work in some cases as expected (especially center alignment) – it all depends on the structure of the page.
But setting the button’s align to inherit and setting the parent column’s align setting will always do the trick.
Now, if you have some other element in the same column which need to be aligned differently (left or right) and setting the alignment to center on the column breaks the desired layout (as it enforces their alignment as well), you can always add inner row, set its layout to 1/1 (single column), set alignment of the inner column to center and drag the button to that inner column.

Section background videos and background images adapt to the section’s shape and it is hard to use the same video as background on portrait and landscape devices and make them “responsive”.
Videos and images which are part of the content are a different story and they are always responsive.
In general the solution can be:
1. use different videos, one for desktop and one for mobile, each optimized for the respective aspect ratio of the device’s screen
2. reduce the content of the slides on mobile (text and buttons), or rearrange them on mobile, so that the topmost section keeps the desktop (landscape) aspect ratio. In this case you can use the same video both for mobile and desktop.
These solutions do not make the video “responsive”, but they allow you to make a different layout for that specific section on different devices, so that the video visually does not look awkward.

Related to demo import, our hosting provider, SiteGround is having issues within their infrastructure, but they are currently working on the resolution of the problem.
We expect the issue to be resolved soon and consequently that demo import starts working
As far as the support site is concerned, it seems that the entire ticksy application (our support site is part of it) is currently down. We hope that they will sort it out soon, the downtime usually lasts up to one hour.
Again, sorry for inconvenience but it surely is a strange day for internet service providers

You can do the following: go to Appearance > Customize > Header and Footer and check the property Show Content Below Menu.
It should do the trick. Also, please make sure that on that specific page there is no Global override which overrides this setting.
Here is how the Setting generally work
The settings in the Appearance > Customize panel are global, meaning that they influence every page on the site by default. On the other hand, you have an option to override these settings on a per page basis. If you take a look at the bottom of the page edit form, you will notice the Override Global Setting part in Settings Section – here you can override global settings for every page.
