Hi, I downloaded the most recent release of the theme from my Themeforest account and installed it but it is giving me errors with the GT3 Themes Core plugin. I tried deleting and reinstalling both the theme and the plugin and am getting the message below. I can’t even install the plugin now.

How do I get the Revolution Slider added to HomePage 4? The demo content has been added but the top slider on the page is missing
I did submit a support request back and February and did not get assistance with this issue. My support has expired and I will not pay for additional support if you all will not provide assistance with this issue.
You have no documentation around how to deploy the slider and get it to work. This was the primary reason we purchased this theme. Any steps for deployment should be provided in your documentation.

I inherited a WordPress site that uses Zohar theme version 1.0.9.8 and need to update to the new version, but it is not an automatic update and must be purchased anew. Will it seamlessly replace the old Zohar version, or will it break my site? (This site also is still using Elementor 3.5.6 and Elementor Pro 3.7.1, and updating to the latest versions of Elementor did break the site.)

Yes, my client bought version 1.0.9.8 but it is now outdated. I am checking to see if the new version will work with their website – if you think it will work, I can recommend them to buy the new version.
To have auto updates via WordPress dashboard your client has to renew the support package. No need to purchase a new license.

Hi there. For some reason the Elementor widget panel is no longer working with the Zohar theme. I have tried turning off all plugins, viewing in an incognito window, increasing the PHP memory_limit, reinstalling the Zohar theme, etc and nothing fixed the issue. When I switched to the Twenty Twenty-Two theme and tested the page again the Elementor widget panel works. How can I resolve the issue?

I updated to WordPress 5.8.1 and for the theme it requests an update, but it says is unavailable even though it says it exists. Can you help me get the update of Zohar? my current version is Version: 1.1.2 and I think I need Version: 1.2.2
I’m trying to set it up on a new WP installation and an issue has come up after installing and activating the theme in WP. I can’t see Theme Options anywhere to confirm product code and change theme settings. Not in the general menu, not under appearance. Are you aware of such potential issues and what might help?
