The delay may be due to the speed of your internet connection and also the performance of your server. If you choose to import “All Content Available”, this can be time consuming.

When trying to import, a log file is generated in your media library, and it may contain some information about the request having failed.

How to solve it?

1) In the Shock Theme Dashboard, in “System Info” are the server requirements ok? Learn more: https://shock.codings.dev/docs/server-requirements

2) You can try manual import. For this, please send us an email to adm.codings@gmail.com so that we can send you the import XML files, or if you prefer to add a temporary user to your WordPress and we can import it for you.

Fine yeah i found it thanks team ! There is one last glitch /bug i noticed. The scrolling text element you have in some pages, if you refresh page the text instead of moving in scrolling it stays stil for some reason. Can i send you somewhere login details to check ?

How to edit the “Cookie Notice” Popup Box:

1) Go to Shock Theme > Global Sections look for the Popup Box and click on [Edit].

2) Choose where this section should be displayed.

3) Click [Edit with Elementor] to customize it your way.

We have tested the Shock Theme with the new version of Elementor 3.12.0 and everything is fine.

You can enable the new “Flexbox Container” feature without problems, but it will only be applied to new sections. Theme sections will continue with the traditional method of “Sections” and “Cols”.

After updating the theme no problem should occur.

1) Edit your page with Elementor, and adjust whatever is missing. For example: Look at the typed text control if everything is how you want it.

2) View your site from an incognito window, or clear caches, that might do the trick.

If none of that works, please tell us your website URL and we can take a look, but don’t worry, this needs to work perfectly.

The Shock Theme has magnetic effect feature. Just add the magnetic-effect class to the logo with JS.

Go to Shock Theme > Customize > Additional JS and add this:

2) Edit your page with Elementor and click on the Portfolio Grid to edit the “Portfolio Grid” Widget.

3) Disable “Load More” if this is enabled.

You can customize this or remove it. Simply delete the post or edit it to choose which pages it should be displayed on.
