Hello, Can we with your theme decide that the date of reservation of a stay is done for example 10 days min after the date of the day, for example if it is April 5 the first available date must be the 15th ? In fact, i already, put on the Last Minute Booking (Hour) form field the number 336 but on tour page where i put this, we can booking on the actual day so zero delay. Perhaps, there is another place or another video to show the reason it’s not working.

Unfortunately, we don’t have an option to import tour from other websites to the tour system.
You will need to try set a tour with our theme > export to CSV > Check the data format and create the CSV file to fit the content/details as the export file above > Try to import it again.
It’s a difficult task to do because it’s consuming a lot of time and the focus when create the import file.

the way you answer to your customers is obscene! really! it looks like you think that i installed the theme yesterday for the first time.. you cannot say that is restrict! in the best case you can say that is restrict in the citytour theme because i want to remember you that the video as background is perfectly working in the V4 theme.. but guess what.. i need to use the citytour theme, so please, illuminate me..
1) why in the city tour theme is not working? 2) why in the city tour theme in the mobile i have 2 user dropdown menu, one in the top bar and one in the navigation bar between the logo and the hamburger menu? is restricted too?

1. If I’m understanding it correctly, you want mentioning to the background video doesn’t work on mobile, is it right? From the scratch, the background video doesn’t support the mobile device, sorry. Please use the background image to replace it on the mobile screens. Wrapper Video – Background Image Fallback: https://imgur.com/J85twTH .
2. It’s the new login/signup area in our theme. At this moment, you can disable the one in the top bar in: Goodlayers > General > Top Bar > Enable Top Bar Login > Disable and keep the login/signup inside the header area remain. Or you can try using this custom CSS to hide the on in the header area:
.traveltour-mobile-menu-right .tourmaster-user-top-bar {
display: none;
}
We will try to provide support for you until the two questions resolve. If you have further questions, I’m sorry but you must submit them on the support site even if it’s a bug. And if it’s a bug, we will receive the bug report but we can’t provide more support here.

I already deleted that version, for this reason i have so much problems with citytour version.. if uou wjt i have the video recording of the desktop home page but not of the mobile.. in that kiment didn’t think to have this kind of discussion in the future

I’m not sure where’s the background video on the main 4 at this moment. The main 4 demo have background images wrapper with an icon to play the video when you clicked on it, but we don’t set any background video wrapper on the main 4 demo.

Yes, each demo requires to re-import it again. The settings difference in each demo so it’s requiring.

Btw.. there is the possibility to instert a “print” button in the order in the dashboard or something like just to give to the client the possibility to have the tour details or to go to the hotel or to the tour with something in pdf or printed?
