Just an FYI – the theme doesn’t work with new version of Elementor, hopefully this can be updated soon.

Hi. I’m sure something else is going on your website. We can confirm that the Phlox Pro theme works with the latest version of the Elementor without any issues. If you are facing any kind of critical error, please try to enable the debug mode and check the error logs. Most of the time there is a server configuration issue or something like a lack of enough memory problem.

Good day, I tried creating a support ticket, but was facing an error saying “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘status’)”
My issue is that I am trying to use one of the demos “Next Corporate”, but when I switch out the hero image with one of my own , the following happens (see URL https://ruizdigitalconsulting.com/staging/5867). It’s a clean Wordpress install as well as I nuked my first staging area just do do it over fresh, just to make sure. All the plugins are the recommended ones from Phlox. Please assist.

Hello, I tried to use your support site to create a ticket but the site is erroring when I try to create ticket.
We are using a plugin that triggers a popup and this theme is triggering a scroll to top when these items are clicked. We do not want the site to scroll to the top when users click on a team member and see their popup. How do we stop the site from scrolling when one of these elements is clicked? I tested with a different theme and the page does not scroll, so i know it’s your theme that is triggering this function. Please help.

Hi, no on themeforest if you purchase a theme you can only use it on 1 domain and you need to purchase another license per each domain
