Recently I purchased the theme but I can’t activate using purchase code. It keeps loading when I try to activate the theme using the purchase code. Can you help me to solve that issue. I also created a ticket.

I have been having issues with this theme now for almost 2 weeks and have put in a support ticket. I don’t understand why support is not reading my messages properly as issue is not being resolved. I have sent links and screenshots to show the issues on the page and they keep looking at the WRONG page.

I need this resolved ASAP now or I want a refund.
