I have 3 healsoul licenses bought them all with 1 year support. Unfortunately support is expired and we are facing an odd issue. My font is supposed to be Raleway (google font) but for some strange reason the font looks like Times New Roman for inveruriesmilecare website and some bold ariel font for Huntly(as seen below). Can you help me fix this? Its ruining the outlook of my websites.
I learnt from the comments that one other person has experienced the same issue as mine.

Then deactivate and reactivate the Insight Core plugin.

I can see from your changelog that you have pushed 2.6.7. The home page displays the font right but the other pages is displaying incorrectly and still looks like times new roman. We have a badge showing the on caregiver details. I have it placed on the page in the same place for everyone, yet it shows on some of the caregiver short details on the directory and not on others. How do I place it so it shows on all in the directory?
