I’am unable to edit the cause & portfolio page with “block editor”, THere is no option to switch from classic editor to block editor..

while editing the post pages, There is option to switch from classic to block, But not in the Cause, Portfolio& Personnel page.

3. We don’t support for GiveWP, sorry. Maybe the main plugin work but I’m not sure about their premium add-ons.

1. But that’s a link for PayPal payment… How come Stripe payments look like (credit card)? Is there a redirect to Stripe to make transaction?

2. What is standard Stripe? Credit card? GPay, Apple Pay etc. are not standard?

Your theme is finely tuned, perfectly built but the main mechanism of donations is not fully understood. If the payment is processed directly on the site, and not on a verified Stripe-type resource, this can be embarrassing for the payer

Hello, I’m planning on purchasing this theme today. I noticed that for the last few days, your Live Preview page buttons/links are not clickable. I’ve tried from serveral browsers from desktop, tablet, and phone. Something is definitely wrong. You may want to check into that.

Hello, I am interested in buying your theme but have a question tied to the demo site. I tried two of the demo designs, and I am noticing something in Safari on Mac on the about our organization page (https://demo.goodlayers.com/chariti/demo1/about/) – At the bottom of the page, there are three sections for GIVE SUPPORT and TRUST. These display fine in Chrome and on mobile, but when I view this in Safari, you can see from this attached screenshot that the section is cut off. Can you please help on this because most of the rest of the design looks modern and clean, so I just want to make sure if I buy that I don’t start off with issues I wouldn’t know how to fix. Thanks for reporting this to us. We will have this fixed soon! The issue is just the different way to render the css from these two browsers. It’s set up by the page builder not by the theme’s code itself. We will check for the solution soon.

Hi , do you support payeezy payment gateway ? if not , how much does it cost to add it by your team or developer?

Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Authorised.net and Stripe. :( To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.

I purchased this theme months ago and worked on it few days and everything was working fine but I didn’t publish the website now I have a fresh download and want to work on it am facing a few things

1. When am trying to save settings from Dashboard page … Goodlayers > Goodlayer am getting an error

“An error occurs

Please refresh the page to try again. If the problem still persists, please contact administrator for this.”

2. I have only revoked this license once but in the revoke dashboard it reads 24/25 .. kindly assist

1. Can you try to disable all other plugins first and see if it’s fixed or not.

2. Please make sure that you update the theme to latest version : https://goodlayers.ticksy.com/article/1893/

3. Please clear website’s cache if you’re using caching plugin and also make sure that you clear browser cache.

After you updated the theme and still have issues, please make sure to follow this.

1. Make sure that you clear browser cache or test with another browser and see if the problem fixed or not.

2. Try to deactivate other plugins (except GoodLayers plugins). See if it’s fixed or not.

3. Go to theme options and click on ‘Save Changes’ button.

Let me know if this helps or not.

The donation system is our in-house development plugin. You don’t need to buy it for extra. It’s already included with the theme.

I have installed and activated all required plugins and imported demo but now when I click on event section, it shows activate event plugin. It wasn’t present in required plugin. Can you share that event plugin and explain me hoe to import demo for the events? Also there are many missing images even after updating all required PHP parameters like max_input_vars, memory and all. Please help as client has given deadlines.

Really sorry but in this case you may have to seek for a freelancer to do the job. We can’t recommend ones at this point.

About the support, you may have to talk to the dev carefully before doing this because normally, when you update the theme, it will override the changes. You may have to modify via child theme instead.

We have a Cause that we created in the English Content and the same is also created in the Arabic Content.

However, we noticed that both the Entries have two separate Cause IDs. Since both are the same cause (Translated), can we have using the same Cause ID?

I’ve spent tons of hours trying to get the perfect theme and then I bought it. I immediately regreted it. It doesn’t work as expected. The page builder has LOTS of bugs and ruined the home page many times.

I’m sorry but I can’t have a phase where I start reporting every single bug. I just want my money back. After buying more than 120 items on ThemeForest I think this is the first time I ask for a refund. Sorry, I just don’t have the time to report every problem.
