BEWARE!!! I Just updated to 2.9.9.1 and one of the best features this theme had which is quick view is gone, smh. How can I enable it again?

I’ve tried some 3rd party plugins but none of them look as smooth as the one that the theme had built in. Bring back Quick View!

There is a problem on the last version. Newly reinstalled site with Wordpress 6.2, php 7.3

When I try to install Shopkeeper, WP tells me that Shopkeeper is not compatible with my Php version.

I switch to other versions of Php, from 5.6 to 8, same message.

I do a test with the PHP Compatibility Checker plugin : Result : Shopkeeper 2.9.991 Response status: 404 Message: The audit requested does not exist.

All other installed plugins and themes pass the test without problems, except Shopkeeper

Hello, I updated to the newest Shopkeeper version. However, I think there is an incompatibility with the WPBakery plugin. The product page on its own looks fine, however if I use WPBakery to add the product page widget, then not all of the Shopkeeper styles get used. For example, the tab selector has the original WooCommerce styles. Best wishes!

But today I got an email from Fontradar saying that I´m using “unlicensed versions of our fonts Neue Einstellung”. They are also saying: “To avoid litigation and to legally comply with our licensing policy, please purchase the correct font licence within the next 7 days”

I remember you guys said that: “The Neue Einstellung is integrated into the theme options using an extended license which we bought. “

What should I do with that email?

I have a software that connect my inventory to the website so I can show the items numbers in stock, recently and after the latest update it doesn’t refresh the products numbers, I cleared the cash on the server, on my Wp-rocket and on my browser but still products show the same old number without any update, my question is if there is anything that cashes somewhere in the website in our new update? I got three orders today while the items were out of stock but they has been shown as in stock.

Please advise as I’m in trouble

I would like to ask you if there is any chance to change in the theme Shopkeeper, order notification (after I end my order in the shop). Now when I end my order I can see the order specification (what I bought, cost, what is the delivery method) but in “Place of delivery” it doesn’t show what this place is. It shows in a small window on the right – but it disappear after a second.

Or maybe everything is ok in your theme, but I have to make some settings? I would be grateful for some hints. Thanks in advance!

In order to make it faster, could you remove the text-rendering property ‘optimizeLegibility’?

There can be significant performance issues to consider. In my environment(Japanese font), text blurs sometimes.

Is anyone having issues with their reCaptcha not working in the cart checkout? After the last update to Shopkeeper; Version: 2.9.991, the reCaptcha doesn’t show up in the cart checkout process. It works on other areas, but the cart does not. We were using WP reCaptcha Integration Plugin for a while. I figured the plugin stopped working so I switched to Advanced Google reCAPTCHA to check. Both have the same issue though. Maybe it’s not the theme, but the failure seemed to line up with the theme update.
