Your theme has a serious SEO error in the code and I demand a solution for free.
How is it possible that “Cart” is inside an H2? >>> h2 class=”widgettitle”> Cart<<<<

If you analyze the cart icon in the menu-wrapper, inside of “div class=“widget woocommerce widget_shopping_cart” is the “h2 class=“widgettitle”>Cart”
For SEO reasons, that element should not be an h2.
If you provide me with an email I could tell you exactly where the error of your template is also in your demo.

Hi, that h2 is the wordpress default for widget titles. I agree with you that in minicart that h2 is not justified and in the last update we changed this and replaced the minicart h2 title with a trivial div.

when i use super cache and visitor first visits a specific page from mobile then if i visit the cache page from desktop i see the mobile menu . i inspected css and i see menu-wrapper is mobile is loaded in desktop. any advise? i suspect a js is loading the is mobile? can you help me i want to exclude it from super cache?

Anyone else running into Elementor’s theme builder and kit library not loading if SK extender is enabled in the latest release? We’ve tried this on 4 installs, 2 brand new and 2 existing. Always breaks and goes straight to dash.
the product gallery images are now showing up on the left instead of underneath the main product image. Also we used to be able to hover over a product gallery image to make the main image switch, now we have to click to change the image. Is there a way to change this to how it used to be?

I’ve just updated theme on clients site and I’ve noticed that you’ve swapped the “function shopkeeper_after_header_components()” from ”\functions\wp\header-functions.php” to ”\functions\wp\footer-functions.php”
This means anyone using a child theme that has modified one of those function files will end up having a broken site.
Hi, please update your child theme and the functions you use to be compatible with the latest updates of the main theme.
We have no control over the child theme which can be customized by each user according to their needs.

There is a problem on the last version. Newly reinstalled site with Wordpress 6.2, php 7.3
When I try to install Shopkeeper, WP tells me that Shopkeeper is not compatible with my Php version.
I switch to other versions of Php, from 5.6 to 8, same message.
I do a test with the PHP Compatibility Checker plugin : Result : Shopkeeper 2.9.991 Response status: 404 Message: The audit requested does not exist.
All other installed plugins and themes pass the test without problems, except Shopkeeper
Hmm, we have never encountered this problem before and we run the theme daily on PHP8.
That makes me think it might be an isolated problem, something related to your server maybe.
Are you using child theme or main theme?
Are there any changes made to the theme?

The product page on its own looks fine, however if I use WPBakery to add the product page widget, then not all of the Shopkeeper styles get used. For example, the tab selector has the original WooCommerce styles. Best wishes!
Also, the quantity selector does not work on the product page widget.
