Thanks for your quick response. On another note, I quite like the Tea Tea child theme. Not sure how child themes work but which parent theme is this the child theme of? Can I customize and use this child theme for my store? Apologes for my lack of tech knowledge. :)

1/ Currently, the TeaTea child theme has been removed from Ella and will be made again and added into Ella 6.0 in the future.

Because the Ella is the main theme which offers multiple layouts and premium functions. It is using the newest technology of Shopify while Child themes are not updated. We will remove child themes and will add its design into Ella with adjustments.

2/ Therefore, you can use the Ella theme which offers multiple layouts, many features, functions will be useful for your business.

Are you referring that you want to make description tab open default on mobile?

Will the customers need a shopify application to switch languages from English into Spanish , or bella already come with the integrated language integrated and customers can choose Spanish ..? can I set up the website’s main language, Spanish?

They take weeks to respond in the tickets and they make it private so people can’t see how long they take to respond and all the complains, but here, that possible buyers are seeing this, they respond inmediately. BE carefull, if you have an issue with the theme, they won’t respond for weeks.

They just replied after I left this comment. After a week of not solving the issue, and 4 days to respond in between, no less than 2. I didn’t gave sensitive information. You just decided to make it private (when I choose not). Because there, It can show how long you take to respond, again, 4 days. At least the last time that I checked, weekends has 2 days, not 4. So don’t lie to people, so at least they know that if something urgent happens with their site, you won’t solve the situation fast. Again, it’s been more than a week that you don’t adress my issue, and people in coments below are making the same comments about not getting a response. Instead to respond here so fast, do with the people that already paid for your product.
