Hello! I bought the theme from you, because I really liked it. I installed it and it worked for 500 products, but when I’m talking about at least 100,000 products in different categories and subcategories, things get complicated. I had to disable WPBakery Page Builder for it to work but this disables many of the theme’s features. The problem is that if I want to click, it takes 10 minutes for something to happen without exaggeration and very often I get 503. I tried reinstalling the theme by deleting the pages and importing a new one… Initially I thought that the database was it’s my fault I installed another theme and . If there is no remedy for this, I will wait if I do not wait for the money back because I cannot use it.
I want a very optimized version of the theme, if possible, because I repeat, I can’t move forward
so if a single click increases my processor to 100% on your theme, I have no claim that people should enter me, do you have a better theme?

It’s not that I don’t like the theme, that’s the reason why I tried once more with you to put it into operation, but it seems that you have problems on mysl selection… I don’t understand why you put up for sale a sales theme especially of parts that consumes a lot of resources in proportion to the number of products… Ok, I’ll give up and want the money back. Do you transfer them back?
It is not theme issue, we have clients with much bigger number, just you should understand that such big number requires normal server, not shared hosting. Please open refund request from themeforest

Hi Enovathemes – after updating the critical update for the “Advanced Custom Fields” (6.1.2, Update includes security-related fixes. Vulnerability Severity: 8.8/10.0 (High)), the “woo search form” is not working proper any more.
Neither on Desktop or on Mobile. The search Icon is now on the left instead of the right side and hanging outside the box.
Can you give us guidance what to do about it? Never had any issues with the Template so far.

The website have a specific feature that allows users to filter and search for car parts based on the selected car brand. This means that when the user first enters the website, they should be presented with a list of car brands, and only after selecting a specific car brand should they be able to filter and search for car parts related to that brand.

Hello, there is a problem with the car filters in our website www.allinperformance.es, that even when the products are well associated with their corresponding cars, not all of them are shown on the web when you filter by those car models. I think this did not happen at the beginning of web publication.. could it be that there is a limit of cars or products? can you check in front please?
