On iPhones, the theme does not load at all, and I’m also experiencing some strange issues. For example, I have configured a specific font, but sometimes it changes on its own (especially in incognito mode and on mobile devices). Additionally, the slider occasionally disappears, similar to what happens with the font.
I have reached out for support a second time because, in my first inquiry, I was told that the issue could be related to my server infrastructure—even though I have dozens of projects running without problems for years. Instead of investigating the issue, I was simply suggested to change servers without even checking my setup.
To rule out server-related issues, I tested the theme on other servers, and the same problems persist.
At this point, I am considering redoing everything with a different template. I will update if the issue gets resolved.
I confirm the previous statements, they do not give you answers to critical problems that the template has (which I have had to correct without help)
The theme definitely needs an immediate update, especially the RadiantThemes Addons. The website is broken.
Unfortunately they did not respond to the messages I sent them. It seems they have given up. Do not buy from them because you will be exposed to your customers.
It does not work in the latest wordpress version. The add post area does not open. The header area and footer area are broken with the latest update.

Last update was on 21 July 2022. All plugins get updated from our server so for that we don’t need to update themes. You get latest version of all dependencies.
ok so I have tried to import the pediatric demo at least 5 times. I got a database table drop error, now I’m getting this error The execution failed. Please check error.log. RT Flipbox and a bunch of other options disappeared it seems after I did that. PHP 8.1 definitely works now. I noticed there is no way to install the “AddOns” plugin. Is that no longer available? Was planning on buying another copy of this theme for another client.
