does this theme include slider plugin at Demo stuf folder cause I can’t found it !!

Sorry for confusion. We don’t have slider content in this theme. The demo content used the page item element’s in the hero section, not slider.
The theme says that Woocommerce is fully supported but I only see the option to load the Woo payment options. How do I load the Woo’s taxes and Woo’s checkout? because on the final pages, all the breakups of addtional services get combined into 1 single room booking which looks a bit shady. Also, taxes are a lot complex than just 1 number. So we need options to setup different taxes like Woo gives. Could you please help?

Sorry, it is not possible to use woocommerce for taxes, it can only be used as a payment method along with the hotel system.
When we mention “fully supported,” it means that you can establish an online shop and add products. However, it does not imply that the hotel system is exclusively built on WooCommerce.
Okay. I just tried the first payment. I am only getting Woo’s emails(to the admin and customer) and not theme’s emails(which has invoice links and other things). How do I fix that?

I figured out. Those emails ONLY work once I approve them from room order setting. Is it possible to not send those ugly Woo emails at all? and auto approve the orders and send the emails(sent by your theme) once the payment has been captured?
Woocommerce emails can be disabled in the wp-admin > woocommerce > settings > email tab.
You should be able to auto approve orders once the payment is complete in the payment plugin settings.

All I want to do is to send the user and admin the booking details(and invoice) as soon as the user pays from his card successfully with my Woo payment gateway. I don’t want to send Woo’s emails because they are ugly which DO get sent automatically. I want to send your theme’s emails which are pretty and are easily editable but they DON’T get sent until I mark it as APPROVED manually from room order.

1. Yes, Stripe is available as a payment method.
2. Customers can use the Book and Pay later option to book the room and make the payment later. The ‘Additional Notes’ field can be used to get more details. You can try this on our demo to see how it works.
There’s no option for card pre-authorization though.

These two themes are quite different. The Hotel Master is much older and lack of many features that Hotale has.
However, please note that we don’t have the loyalty points features in these two themes but we have coupon code that you can create and provide to customers.

Hi i’m having a problem getting admin notifications specifically. For some reason the stated admin email does not receive a booking notification but the customer received the booking notification, invoice etc on email. I have to report a bug. I have a room in English and I have translated it to French. There is a booking for that room from a client using English, but the same dates aren’t disabled on the same room in the French language.
Shouldn’t the room calendars be unique for each room, regardless the language? I mean, they are connected with the WPML, so it is basically the same.
