Hi Jthemes, I am facing an issue with the search bar “locations”. It seems that translated locations are being applied to all languages when translating the theme with WPML. This is an issue for cities like Copenhagen, which could show as Copenhagen, Kopenhagen, Köpenhamn and København on the English version of the theme. This does not happen to “industry”. How do I fix that issue?

I have encountered a problem with the mobile menu on iPhone, there is a double-click bug. Single-click functionality is not available for the menu on iPhone, so I need to double-tap on the menu link to navigate forward. Please let me know how I can solve this issue?

Hello Team, Can you please resolve the core purpose of this theme that a candidate can apply for the right job? Since 2 weeks we are not able to launch our website because the most important feature of the theme does not work. If candidate applies for Job A, it instead applies for Job B. I am not getting a quick resolution to this by opening tickets. Every time i am asked to delete all the job listings and redo it again. This is not being taken seriously and adding to a lot of extra work trying to redo everything every time i contact support. Please take this as a priority and help us resolve this for good. We cant be let hanging on to this for weeks.

Hello Team, Awaiting your reply. The main function of this theme is for a candidate to apply for a job and this does not work when you have more than one job listed in a category. And this is a very serious issue and you have left us hanging for 12 days now. Please help and be clear when this can be resolved.

Hi Got a problem with the search box. I make some changes to customize section themes and click the public button. And then the search box does not function well and the search box design changes, unusual design by mistake.

There is a setting to disable the preloader in the customizer. Please go to “Appearance > Theme Options > Header Settings” Checked Disable preloader animation. Hopefully this will work for you.

There are some bugs like the company profile widget in a single job page, The logo and the company name are not clickable and also, when you click on “open jobs” it redirects to nowhere.

- Job Application form title and footer text can be customized. For this,
please go to “Jobs Manager > Application Form”.
Customize Apply form name, title, sub-title and form footer text in your language.

Yes, we have the option to control Posts per Page, you can use Load more or Numeric pagination there.
currently the filtering function is connected to the search bar criteria’s mentioned there. is there any possibility to make a full set-of filters to the left side of “all jobs” page which will change according to the filter options we take.. like a Ajax filter
