I purchased the Dentro WP template this morning. When I go to install the demo content using the One Click Demo Import, the process either throws a not found error, or it hangs on the Importing Content animation.
I see the demo content in the template download as well, but when I go to upload the XML, WIE, or JSON, the process hangs in the same manner as above.

Hi, there is an issue when I want to edit some of the pages. When I edit a page, for example Gallery page, all previously selected images in the gallery section of that page are not remembered, so I have to selected them all over again and again – whenever I want to edit some small thing on the page. Also when I edit front page it doesn’t remember which Revolution slider was selected previously so whenever you edit something on the page, you also have to select Revolution slider all over again. How can I fix this?

I contacted you 4 times with regards to the az index issue. I really cannot understand why you first tell me to send you login details and than don’t reply at all anymore. Previously is did not happen that the index image was showing with the slider. I am getting really annoyed. maybe I should purchase a page elsewhere and just bin this one. Terrible services

In August 2019 I purchased Dentro Dental page from you through Themeforest. It all was well until Godaddy accidentally removed my backup. So, after a website crash, I could not get it back again. License number: 932608fa-5002-4d3d-b45d-549e621dc718
I then tried to re-install the website from scratch. But I run into the following issue. As you can see in the email I sent you, the blocks are not shown correctly. The blocks show fine on the website from themeforest in the preview, but after installing the top disappears. This happens on all main pages and I tried to re-instal clean over 4 times now.
Do you know what causes this issue?

Hi, Coudl you get back to me regards the demo data import. I am getting the following error message which doesnt seem to work.
This WordPress page does not have direct write file access. This plugin needs it in order to save the demo import xml file to the upload directory of your site. You can change this setting with these instructions: How to set direct filesystem method.

Hi. . I have purchased the theme and am having difficulty setting up one click demo. Even the support ticket responses have been taking quite sometime and are unfrequent – they havent been able to get this resolved for me, so far, either.
This has left me with a pretty unpleasant experience. Hoping to get a refund and get going with another theme.

Running PHP 7.4. Can’t activate the recommended plugins, especially WPBakery and/or the Revolution Slider. The error I get is “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” with no email sent and the admin becomes unusable.
