Please can someone help me. The theme has recently been updated by a member of THE4 shop slightly slow. So I emailed to ask for a refund so I can start on a new theme but have since realised the theme has not been updated Although I was told it has and I am still on kalles 4.1 (hence why it may be slow) I have spoke to THE4 to ask the refund to be cancelled as I will be left without a shop and all I get in response is ‘the refund has requested’ no other form of help or forward plan just getting wrid of me. If the refund has been sent do I need to re purchase and can someone help me upload the up to date version as THE4 seem to be shoving me away instead of trying to help, I am worried the site will no longer be open and we have over heads and staff to pay I cannot have a closed site with no help at all. Please can someone who wants to help me actually help

I’ve been using your theme for almost a year, and my support has ended now. If you could help me with the changes mentioned below that would be great!

1:I want to change the text “Proceed to Checkout” to “Checkout Securely” in the shopping cart popup when the item is added.

2) The same text I want to change from “Checkout” to “Checkout Securely” in the sidebar widget.

you made some updates but still forgot to put a close button on the mobile primary menu…still have to use the physical phone back button which takes user away from website to close mobile menu.

ALSO ALL THROUGHOUT your THEME you have THE4 and a link to your website on MANY BUTTONS!! Where do we change this? Its very frustrating and extra time for me that you do this and then not even direct us where to go to change that! Stop.
