I have just installed your ‘Frontline’ theme (Version 2.2.2) on a new, clean WordPress site.
I am trying to import the demo content, but the ‘Frontline > Import Demo’ menu item is missing from my dashboard.

Hi! We have a big problem with the Elementor Theme Core and need an update urgently! Elementor is not loading any more. But registering in the theme dashboard in order to get the update doesn’t work, as it says that the licence code shall not be valid. And of course, this is complete wrong.
We made our own child theme – what causes the issue. After activating the main theme, it works. Perhaps it would be a useful hint for your customers that they should only use the child theme which you have provided. You can forget my ticket, which I wrote to the support. Thank you and sorry for the trouble.

Hi. On mobile I get a blank space in the right side of the website. I can hide it via code if I set hidden to overflow-x but it also hides the “opening” of the Menu if I do that. What to do? I have no CSS codes added to the theme. Some plugins are not updated, Wordpress is 6.5.2. Thanks.

No, I feel like this theme was sold to someone who has no idea how to support it. You release an update or you do not. Not here to talk about a solution. You provide it.
I had to buy a Slider Revolution license because of the vulnerability in your current download. I would warn everyone from purchasing this theme. It will lead to a hacked and injected site. Period.
Last Update – 18 January 2021 – were out.

Not going to do that – why are you not packing updates? Knowing that the current downloadable package from ThemeForest is automatically open to getting hacked with a vulnerability in Slider Revolution? Do you know how much damage your theme is causing Law Firms?

I hope that is true, but I am out. We just said screw it and rebuilt the entire site. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s the third time. I can’t explain to a client three times that the author of a theme didn’t update the themes core and therefore we were hacked. It damages my own reputation.

With Elementor 3.19.0 the theme becomes unusable. The function get_legacy_mode is not available anymore, so the theme throws an critical error.
Even by adding the function back through a self-written plugin, many other issues arise. The theme needs a complete overhaul in terms of integration of Elementor.
Yet this does not seem to be the case or wanted, since 2021 no updates available? And you are still trying to sell this thing?

Redux has made an update. In the debug.log of WP i got the following message:
PHP Deprecated: Die Funktion Redux::getOption ist seit Version Redux 4.3 veraltet! Verwende stattdessen Redux::get_option( $opt_name, $key, $default ). in /wp-includes/functions.php on line 5413
The last update is from January 2021 (!!). Short before I checked this I had a 502 Gateway error.

Hi. I’ve updated my theme and elementor but its broken due to Elementor Page Builder Extension which im not sure how to update that but if I deactivate it I lose all of the themes features such as attorneys and practice areas. Please help!
This fixed it. Please update plugin Elementor theme core: 1. Please go to Plugin tab -> deactivate and delete this plugin. 2 Go to Appearance -> install plugin and reinstall this plugin. Thank you!
