The image you sent us is not for Mobile Menu, it is the setting for Mobile Header.

To set up for Mobile Menu, you can follow this:

Thank you for responding. I don’t think you fully understood my issue. My desktop menu (https://ibb.co/dgCBcdT) is the default one and doesn’t have any special effects. However, the same menu doesn’t appear in the default layout on mobile (https://ibb.co/sQY4VvQ). I believe this is a bug since I have reinstalled the theme twice and the mobile menu still doesn’t show up. Can you please investigate this issue?

Hello halothemesteam In your demos, there are no demo with that transition (animation) on the header menu. This is the first time I used this theme, however I cannot open a ticket in your system. The system doesn’t allow me to.

Why is this animation appear in the theme if there are no demo with this effect ?

I recommend you to remove that transition if the demos doesn’t have the transition, or add the transition to the dem so the customer knows what their are buying.
