I have some questions:
1. Can we force users to complete their profiles(with new custom fields) before add any listings?
2. Can we display user profile details that we want in users listings also?
3. Can we let users to create their listings and after that they need to buy a package to display on website that listings [mabye some pending status untill payment]? (no buy package before create).
4. Can we have packages to bump up listings? (update the positions / move up).
5. Can we have packages to promote listings by days?
6. Can we restrict users to add 1 or more listing per category?
7. Can we create pages in account dashboard? With bump packages / promotion packages / etc?

Hello. We want to buy this theme but Im reading that is not working like it must. I dont want be asking tickets for install the demos with the support team. We need to know if the theme is is working 100% with all the features without help from support team. And please, tell us when will be the next update theme. the imported demo is different and misconfigured, different from the demo. the pages created by the demo do not work. all get 404 error neither the registration pages nor the user panel work. I want to request a refund because the system does not work

In order to be able to send you an email, I need to renew my subscription for technical support, and to pay once again the purchase price of the theme! The demo imports were supposed to work by themselves without the need to contact you! Unfortunately, this does not happen, the demo imports are intentionally incomplete!!! I want the money back because what you sell is totally different from what you offer in the displayed price

Hi, this is a presale question. 1. Can I hide the Message part, so the employer must pay to receive permission to see the Message part from the freelancer, and to have the option to chat with them? And if this is not possible from default what solution do you offer?

hi there, sorry for inconvenience, as per record your support has been expired about 10 months ago, we are trying hard to not force user for support renewal but customer with active support has right to get priority support, i can see your query is getting longer, there is an ongoing upgradation which is causing longer timeline, i am sending a reminder to technical team to update status on your ticket. I hope they will address your issues soon.
OMG guys. When will the theme’s bootstrap get upgraded from Bootstrap 3 to Bootstrap 5? Bootstrap 3 is old from 2013. 10 years old lol. 
Hi there, Althogh it does not matter to upgrade bootstrap while we are using customized version as per requirements, But we have it in our roadmap already.
Respectfully, it should matter considering that upgrading to Bootstrap 5 will improve mobile responsiveness, better design elements, better accessibility, and updated Javascript plugins. Bootstrap 5 no longer uses JQuery, and it also switched to Vanilla Javascript to make the appearance of the website look modern. Do I have to submit a ticket to have my copy upgraded from Bootstrap 3 to Bootstrap 5?
We are already working dedicated mobile layouts, as mentioned we already have it in our road map, but there more important task before that, please contact support channel if you are getting an issue with current version.

- While I am trying to submit a listing as a demo user, there is a field as
Property Type.
But why it is not property type? I mean let’s suppose I am posting for my Interior Design Agency then it will not suit to me.

1. We are offering phone and email verification with our theme. 2. Yes we do have a feature in which user and admin will receive an email for new account and new listing. 3. Classiads theme has dedicated field section which can be modified as per admin requirement so property type field can be changed as well.

Could you please elaborate the verification process, because I don’t want to give permission to the user until he is verified his email address atleast.
