cURL library** – your server must work with curl or url_fopen.
OpenSSL must be enabled.
PHP memory_limit = 256M
PHP max_execution_time = 1000
PHP Post_max_size = 54M
PHP upload_max_filesize = 128M
PHP max_file_uploads = 1000
After updating the server setting please try to add purchase code again. If still not work try to share your website admin access purchase code so that I can try to help you.

Your purchase code not activating and also your demo data will not install correctly. Because it’s server related issue. I just checked still not fixed that issue.
Did you contact your hosting? I just checked you given bad rating and comments. Try to fix that issue hoping everything will be fine. And change the rating – it’s not related to theme issue.

We are having performance issues with this theme. We have deactivated the purchase code on the live theme to run tests using the theme on a new server with a new theme installation.
When we add the purchase code to the new installation, the page refreshes and the code isint applied to the new installation.

It is very hard getting from team. I am writing here again. I noticed there was serverall updates of the team on theme forest and my wordpress dashboard does not sow me any updates. i also noticed my site cannot be acessed on any browser except microsoft edge and very slow. so i downloaded the latest files from envato and updated it through my cpanel/ after the updates, some portions of the site has been disorganised and site is still very slow on all browsers and does not work on chrome.
