Hello,
I have just purchased and successfully installed your theme. However, I am unfortunately unable to complete the demo import process — it never reaches 100%. Even after waiting for a long time (1 to 2 hours), it gets stuck at 54% at most.
Here are my system settings:
PHP Memory Limit: 1 GB
PHP Version: 7.4.33
PHP Post Max Size: 256M
PHP Time Limit: 300
PHP Max Input Vars: 10,000
Max Upload Size: 256 MB
SUHOSIN Installed: Yes, but it doesn’t seem to be the issue.
I was able to complete the process for the “Widgets”, “Options” and “Single Page” import options, but the “Content” option fails to complete.
The point is I do need revoluton slider models including in your demos but can’t import it because of the import issue.

If you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
For demo import, please follow instructions from this article Demo import – New module. On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0. Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need the immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with the latest version.

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.
Please understand that our average response time is around 24 hours on weekdays and that our support agents are trying their best to answer all of our users in this timeframe. We are closed during weekends, so tickets submitted on Saturday or Sunday will be replied once the work week starts.

Is this theme multivendor compatible or can it be modified to be compatible?
Hi there,
Our theme is built for WooCommerce and is fully compatible with it. You can try to use it and its extended compatibilities to achieve what you’d like. However, when it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. Thus we cannot guarantee compatibility with any plugins other than the official ones that we provide bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched.

This might cause an issue with the widgets so please try using the following plugin until we release a new theme update: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/
The last update was related to some changes from our marketing theme and did not affect the theme files. Last updated for the theme can be seen in our changelog. We hope this helped and if you have any additional questions .

In the event you purchased multiple licenses for different themes you need to submit multiple tickets for each theme individually. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Select) and then theme.
