We manually reset the key, you can now use it to activate on the new domain. Keep in mind you can always deactivate via Appearance > Theme License as well if you need to.

Hi, I just recently updated my theme to the most current version, it was seriously outdated and the only way I could get it to go through was via FTP. When everything installed I noticed a bunch of my content was missing. I had a child theme installed to avoid this. The whole front page is basically gone so is my agents page. I also noticed that now it’s stating that “Your license key is required to receive updates and support.” I understand that for support by is this stating in order for my site to work once updated I have to constantly renew the license?It’s stating my “Your license key expired on November 26, 2020.” I need to make sure my site will not only be up and running but that I will be able to make updates. Please let me know what I need to do moving forward. Please let me know what steps I need to take to get my site back or if its even possible in its updated format.

If you don’t want to move to Elementor you’ll need to contact your hosting provider and have them roll your site back to a restore point previous to you updating.

In order to update you have to move to Elementor as well, the update itself is not done one by one.

1) You mentioned moving to Elementor. I checked and I have it installed as well as WP Bakery Page Builder. I never did any changes on my own accord, and never did any updates either to the theme, so I am unsure how Elementor ended up there, or if was there all along, or if, I think maybe when I updated one of your other Plugins it may have been automatically installed then, or it prompted me to do so. Anyway, seeing that you mentioned it, do I need to do anything else with Elementor?
2) And, please bear with me here, you know I was reading through the list of updates that have past (by the way my site is working fine), and I noticed that you said:
Contempo Real Estate Custom Posts” is now “Contempo Real Estate Core”, please be sure to watch this 20sec screen-recording on the process of following the admin notice to install and activate the new plugin.
is this still the case?I will now read through the full list of updates that have taken place, and see if there are any other such changes to the Plugins that I need to be aware of, unless if you wish to volunteer such info, as with Elementor?

Hi I have purchased your Theme and cant seem to download the sample i want which is “Elementor 2” now i tried to download “Elementor 3”.
After downloading “Elementor 3” Demo and i looked at the homepage nothing has changed. and I looked at the “pages” nothing is there. I urgently want to start this project.

Hi, we bought your theme “real estate 7” and we are trying to detect when a form is sent from a listing page (single). Is there any wordpress hook we can use? We could use javascript to detect the submit button press, but we need to detect when a form is successfully sent.

If that doesn’t show whats causing the error then contact your hosting provider and check out the raw server error logs.
Also make sure you have the mime_type extension enabled for PHP 8.0.

That’s due to your server not having the mime_type extension enabled for PHP 8.0 as mentioned in the previous reply.

Ok, might be closer to fixing this…but still not there yer… I deleted the original temp-submit-listing & temp-edit-listing php files via FTP and replaced them with the new ones you conveniently hosted on github (thanks for that) ; and finally I disabled debug mode in the wp-config.php file, as well as making sure it is disabled in teh front-end of the hosting website manager (softaculus) . . .however i am getting the following critical error now :

Hello, when I open my site (stanzel . at) on the iphone and use the search button it works fine with serveral results. but when I scoll down it jumps to 0 items found and “no properties were found which match your search criteria”. do you know how to fix this?
