Tried importing it 4 times now… gets stuck at 96% for over an hour. Now there’s nothing importing, the settings in the core options aren’t even working, pages aren’t even displaying and the elements are all stacked and smushed on top of each other. I already followed the install instructions, all the plugins are installed and activated, all my limits are set higher than what’s required. I don’t understand what the issue is and I am extremely disappointed in this theme.

Also I have the website song disabled but for some reason its still playing some random music that comes with the import I assume.

To anyone who reads these comments, I highly recommend going with another theme. I fully regret purchasing this as it has made life harder not easier. Will not buy anything from elated, qode, or its subsidiaries again.

Hi, great theme, easy to customize and astonishing look. Is It possible to add a “share” link/button to a song into an album page? You know… to send a single song to another person while you are listening ;)

I purchased the theme but the Revolution Slider purchase code is not coming with the information. I’ve read that in this forum that is not necessary to add it, but if we don’t add it we can’t update the plugin. How can we update the plugin?

Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, you should know that in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or, if your support expired, you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

well, i wasn’t aware of this and just thought to keep everything under one request. But as your response timing, it’s a bit disappointing, as it’s the 3rd day I can’t work on the project. Shouldn’t take much to know/guess a WP admin page URL for a developer….

Purchased Regular license for $85 and it states that the Slider Revolution Responsive WordPress Plugin ($29 value) is INCLUDED. There is NO CODE included in the download. WHY is it asking me to PURCHASE an upgrade?

I have NO registration number. thats the thing. It was NOT included in the documentation where it says ITEM PURCHASE CODE. It’s BLANK

As we previously mentioned, you don’t have to activate Slider Revolution and it will work for you regardless of that. When it comes to bundled plugins, some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme.

Bundled plugins get updated when the theme is updated, however, if you need immediate update you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

I have problems with translating qodef woocommerce related text (related products, go to checkout, view my cart).

I use Loco translate but neither theme or neobeat plugins have related products, go to checkout, view my cart and other woocommerce specific texts there.

Yes they are translated by woocommerce by default, but qodef overwrites them and I can’t find the place to change it.

Wordpress is set in my language and also woocommerce.

This is not a feature of the theme unfortunately. In track settings for album only Audio Files (mp3) can be added (please see screenshot).

I bought the NEOBEAT theme and all attempts to install it and have it appear the same way I saw it, proved abortive. I tried sending a support ticket via the normal route, but the system claims my purchase code is invalid. I decided to send messages to the author who never replied to date. I use tons of themes for various works. Methinks you guys make great themes but then, when one finds it hard to see what he purchased appear as showcased, it might send a wrong signal.

Great, just bought the theme! One quick question. It does not come with Slider Revolution licensing, right? If I want to unlock their features, I need to purchase it separately.

Slider Revolution is bundled plugin, and bundled plugins do not come with licenses for end-users hence they do not have access to automatic updates. For more info, take a look at this article: Activating Licenses For Bundled Plugins

The default (predesigned) template option is a premium feature of the Slider Revolution plugin and premium features do require a direct purchase of the plugin.

I imported the demo page but got some page who do not look like the main home on the Original Demo view and also some page who didn’t show up totally
