Tried importing it 4 times now… gets stuck at 96% for over an hour. Now there’s nothing importing, the settings in the core options aren’t even working, pages aren’t even displaying and the elements are all stacked and smushed on top of each other. I already followed the install instructions, all the plugins are installed and activated, all my limits are set higher than what’s required. I don’t understand what the issue is and I am extremely disappointed in this theme.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Album images dont work, the album pages arent displaying the images either, the effects and style shown in the demo dont remain the same when I create new albums. For some reason the text on everything is staying purple even though I have all of that changed in the core options and settings. I have the menu color and sub-menu color changed in core options as well but its not changing, its just staying that tan/eggshell color.
also theres no xml file in the zip with neobeat so thats not gonna work

I submitted a ticket. Found another dozen or so issues about the theme. The menus are all completely different. My settings wont take, theres no way to actually just edit this unless I use core options which are missing settings to do what I want. So many issues… I shouldve gone with another theme….
Really regret purchasing this and just would like a refund so I could go with something that works and is functional, that actually has the ability to simplistically change aspects of the theme instead on relying on very limited information and options that provide me no way to fix my issues or should’ve just made the website myself…

It’s been four days and there’s still a lot of unaddressed issues. The bakcground on some pages randomly changed to white, album pages still not loading images, one page has this random floating text on it that isnt viewable in the editor and doesnt exist in the editor. An artist from the artist list doesnt appear. The sticky menu color is randomly white and cannot be changed even though I have it set to another color. I am probably just going to buy another theme from another company, paid $90 for an absolute headache and mess.
Also I have the website song disabled but for some reason its still playing some random music that comes with the import I assume.
To anyone who reads these comments, I highly recommend going with another theme. I fully regret purchasing this as it has made life harder not easier. Will not buy anything from elated, qode, or its subsidiaries again.

Purchased Regular license for $85 and it states that the Slider Revolution Responsive WordPress Plugin ($29 value) is INCLUDED. There is NO CODE included in the download. WHY is it asking me to PURCHASE an upgrade?

Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

I have problems with translating qodef woocommerce related text (related products, go to checkout, view my cart).
I use Loco translate but neither theme or neobeat plugins have related products, go to checkout, view my cart and other woocommerce specific texts there.
Yes they are translated by woocommerce by default, but qodef overwrites them and I can’t find the place to change it.
Wordpress is set in my language and also woocommerce.

I bought the NEOBEAT theme and all attempts to install it and have it appear the same way I saw it, proved abortive. I tried sending a support ticket via the normal route, but the system claims my purchase code is invalid. I decided to send messages to the author who never replied to date. I use tons of themes for various works. Methinks you guys make great themes but then, when one finds it hard to see what he purchased appear as showcased, it might send a wrong signal.

The default (predesigned) template option is a premium feature of the Slider Revolution plugin and premium features do require a direct purchase of the plugin.
