As a website owner, I am facing a couple of challenges that are impacting my site’s performance. Firstly, my Avada version is V7.7.1 and while I can create a new form using the form builder, I am unable to edit it due to the absence of form elements. I would appreciate it if anyone could share any insight on how to resolve this issue.
Secondly, my website is quite large, with 4.37 GB of data in backups. I am concerned that this may be causing a slowdown in its speed. Can anyone offer any help or advice on how to tackle this problem? Your suggestions will be much appreciated.

For forms, please ensure you update to the latest version (7.10.1 as we speak) and have form elements enabled by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Options → Options tab (screenshot ⇒ https://prnt.sc/NmeVPfMma5lW ) → Builder options

For your use case, you can setup the digital downloads with the WooCommerce plugin. Avada offers full support/integration with it. You will be able to use stripe payments with WooCommerce, and it also has a bunch of Addons for affiliate system that you can use. For tags management, while WooCommerce does integrate well with stock WordPress search functionality, you might need to use a 3rd party Addon for more granular tag/keyword management for products though.

I’ve purchased your theme twice. Both domains have different registration codes. On my most recent purchase, i was building the website on a temporary domain where I installed the theme. Now that the domain name has been delegated to the correct domain, I am now receiving ‘The purchase code is already being used on another domain.’ The website is the same. Is there a way that I can change the registered URL to the so that it works on the live site with the delegated domain name?

For this, you can navigate to your support account area on our website: https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
Then navigate to the “Register Purchase Code” tab in your account area to see/add purchase codes.

Horrible experience today I purchased and got errors for registration and activation plugins, and now I’m not able to install plugins.

The issue is not Avada related; it is server related. If you reread the error message, you will see that it clearly states:

Current Avada Fusion Builder is crashing every website. I remove Fusion Builder and WP Admin is accessible. I install the latest Avada… and the sites stop working. All my sites crashed today due to Avada’s Fusion Builder.
Looks like it is Avada Core. If I disable Avada Core, then fresh all the pages, the sites work.
Please check if there are issues with WP 6.2. Maybe there is a conflict.

Thank you. The issue started when the sites upgraded to WP 6.2. I had to downgrade back to WP 6.1.1., which brought all the sites back online. This happened on six sites all at once. I am exploring a conflict that could be a plugin-related issue or WP 6.2 itself. If I solve it, I will post it here.

Hello, since last update website got affected by malware 2 times . Were able to clean it up and then it comes back again. Am i not the only user having security issue with Avada. Please advise. Only contact form 7 plugin

We take security very seriously at Avada and have zero reports of such an issue from Avada side. There are frequent exploits for popular 3rd party plugins and for that we recommend keeping all 3rd party plugins up to date to avoid issues.
If its a repeating issue for you, the problem lies somewhere else on your installation most likely. We’d recommend checking with the server admin / hosting company to ensure your database/FTP logins are not compromised and also scanning your WordPress / plugin files to ensure no compromised files are present there.

Are Image Used In Demo Import Are Royalty Free? Can I use them On My Website?

The licensing for Avada does NOT include the images or videos used in the Prebuilt Websites or the Avada Studio content blocks. With Avada Studio, we have sourced the images used from free sources, but it is still the user’s responsibility to ensure that all images are being used according to their copyright status.

Hi, after the latest update of the avada builder plugin the same works only in live mode. In backend mode the “edit” button no longer opens any editing window.
