The support is useless. I need to find a place to edit the header in order to insert a language switcher. Support keeps sending me to documentation of Polylang and WPML.
There should be a place or a way to add a language switcher to the header in the template itself.

The language switcher comes with the plugin which is used for the multilanguage. I am sorry but it is not related to the theme.

I have used your contact form 4 times now and u have not replied. I have updated to the latest version of the theme just now and now it doesnt even show the shop page products until you scroll. so just loads a blank white page…. https://prnt.sc/SsR_1wCRFgb_ , then when u do scroll and it shows the same products that it shows in every category, until u scroll past the first 12 and then u get the products for the category that you have chosen.. i have sent it again, i used your main contact form on your website as i cannot use the support as the licence expired i bought theme but only used it just on a test site to make sure it was what we wanted at the time ready for us to use now.

I ask since i want to use 3-4 levels of submenu which in case of the sidebar menu your theme doesnt support which i rly regret. But if sidebar menu can integrate with UberMenu i am ok. I just need it to be sidebar as now but to work with UberMenu without breaking header.

we seem to have many issues with our shop page, one is this red bar showing on products along the top that are actually in stock https://prnt.sc/O48fip-TonDE and sometimes the shop page is not loading the products / not scrolling. Some catagories we have 200 products and its only showing 10. https://prnt.sc/uieKts9n2ye8 – https://prnt.sc/65LfbFgnXWWy it also seems to open the shop page very very slowly when not displaying the results.
