I have set the Collection template to display 3 products per row in a grid layout, however on the live site, it keeps switching to 2 per row. Is there a way to prevent this?

I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to discuss the resizing of the homepage slide banner on my website. I have made the necessary adjustments in the Customize section, specifically in the Slideshow settings, where I have selected the “Small” option for the slide height.
However, I have noticed a discrepancy in the recommended size specifications provided for the Image Slide section within the Slideshow settings. According to the theme, it suggests using “1920×900px recommended” for desktop and “600×480px recommended” for mobile versions. Considering that I have chosen the small size for the slideshow, I am uncertain if these size specifications are accurate for my current settings.
Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in providing me with the precise size specifications that align with the “Small” setting for the slide height. This information is crucial for me to proceed with redesigning my banners to ensure they are optimized for the correct dimensions.

Also my purchase was done on March 2022 and you seem to have your latest updates on 11 June 2023. In order to update the theme, am I supposed to download the file from my download section once again and upload the whole theme again? This is the message that I get when I click on the theme for updates: Updates are not supported for uploaded themes If you want to take advantage of theme updates, you need to install a theme from the Theme store.
Now, if I’m supposed to do download the latest files and upload it again, what about all the settings and work that I’ve done on my current Shopify page? Do you have a solution for this?

Hi, we are having 2 bugs, 1 We are using black header background but when deploying the mega menu the header goes white and the logo doesn´t switch to Logo transparent version so you don´t see it. Second, in mobile we get add to cart message below in transaprent background so it´s confusing, how can we turn it to white solid background? Thanks
