Getting error while importing demo. “Your server was unable to connect to theme API server. Please check with your hosting company if the connection to https://api.casethemes.net/ is blocked in the firewall or network setup.”

Usually this problem comes from your server. Your server is preventing the download of files from the demo site and import to your site. So you need to contact the server vendor to remove this, possibly deactivating the firewall.
