Hello I would like to ask about options. I can’t see header types. If I make any changes in theme options nothing change, not save. I expected to have many options to customize the page with the settings, but there are not even header types. But the fact that the template did not save any changes is not okay.
I reinstalled the template but still the same problem

every page has a background and no option to change it. I deleted the sample_2.jpg from files, but still…

Hi I found the solution to unsent emails but I currently have 3 problems: The mobile menu does not display on smartphone and firefox and even changing fr_FR.po does not change anything (for example view details does not change) and fav icon not showing the website is: https://www.falaiseguesthouse.com/ Cordially

I started with your first Vierra 2.0. Then recently I bought Vierra 4.0 Elementor. I still have to fix and re-edit all pages with elementor, that will take some time. Until now all pages are built with WP-Editor. I have re-installed your last version from January 2023.
Unfortunately the links on the slider are not working. I tried to link the text or the foto on the slider. It is working on the back-page but not on the front-page. Also the Button “Read More” (Anker-Link) is not working.
Please can you have a look at it and tell me how to fix it.

I have found a work around but I am still having issues with certain things… l send you a message through your profile page
Plz can someone tell me how to customize the “Contact Us” and “Booking” pages.
If I try to edit the Contact Us page, in the right column under Page Attributes->Templates it shows “Contact”. Similarly, if I edit the Booking page it shows under Template “Reservation”.
So, I naturally assumed these two templates are customizable. However; if I click on Templates->Saved Templates it says “No Templates found”.
So how do I change them??? TIA.

Sorry for delay. For contact and booking page are hard coded. So to change these you need to modify the source code. Can you tell us what modification you want with these template? May we can help

Problem solved…. 
I bought Vierra twice, latest was 4.0. It got update issues at first so I upgraded to 4.1, now the forms are not working. I just want to get rid of them. How to? There doesnt seem to be an easy disable checkbox or anything. I dont want the contact form and not the “book now” buttons or forms. Thanks.

I updated to the latest version of Vierra, and it solved my “update rates” issue in the “Rooms”, but my whole website is now out of whack

Can you point which is your issue with latest theme update?
The navigation bar on the laptop view is off… it comes down in the middle in words. I had just uploaded the new update to fix the “rooms” price issue (I was unable to edit the price, it would revert back to the original number after I hit “update”). The gallery page is gone. The header photo on each page is gone.

Hi, update is already you can login to your Envato account then go to download tab to re-download the theme. Then replace your current theme with the latest one.
It seems to be working but I am having trouble on the ROOMS the background image is the same a the featured image and I want it to be something simple as its too busy with the same picture – when I add background image link to the post it does not “stick” thus the background is the same as the featured image

Have you did use latest theme? All issues with custom fields is fixed on latest version. If you need help to install latest version, let us know.
