Hi, how it works is the custom fields are set up per calendar. You can create as many different calendars as you want, so you can have a different calendar for each tour, with different custom fields.
Greetings, I’m about to buy your theme.. I would ask:
1) Does the system calculate availability and prices for each day? For example on May 5th I have 6 seats at $7 and on May 7th I have 10 seats at $10. Can I change the prices every day for certain times with different quantities? Example links?
2) You can request the name and surname and age of each participant of each group. For example a group of 10, a single purchase but with 10 names.
3) Is the list of reservations available for each day with all the participants or only for the names and surnames of those who purchased?
4) For all purchases, can end customers access only with the “continue as guest” button without login or registration?

1) The booking system allows you to set custom time slots for any date, but the payment options are the same for all dates on the same calendar. If you want to have different payment options, then you just need to create different calendars. We generally recommend a separate calendar for each different tour, etc. This page shows an example of a calendar with a calendar switcher enabled: https://demo.themovation.com/embark/wine-beer-tours/elements/booked-calendar/
2) The booking system asks for the name and info for one person, not every person in the booking.
3) In the admin area, all of the information related to the bookings is available and viewable to all administrators. Usually the names are not public, but there is an option to make the bookings public on the calendar if you want.
4) If you want to have customers pay, you can have it skip the initial sign up, but they still have to input all of the standard information on the Checkout screen.
5) If the tour has a capacity of 20 people both in the 3.00-5.00 pm and 18 people in the 7.00-9.00 pm shift, will the calculation be respected? or is it not considered and book indefinitely?
5) Each specific time slot can be configured with the number of available slots that you want. Each slot can be different.
When that number of bookings is reached, it will be unavailable for additional bookings.
1) So can you make sure I can change the price on some days? Example in a week Saturday and Sunday at €20, Monday and Tuesday at 3pm and the other days at 5pm? and Repeatedly changing price?
2) Can I change the woocommerce “notes” field to “participant names and surnames”?

To answer your questions:
1) You can specify custom time slots for specific dates, but the payment options are the same for all dates on the same calendar. If you want to have different payment options, then you just need to create separate calendars.
2) Yes, it is possible to change that field name. You can use a free translation plugin to change texts like that.

3) You can add any text you want into Master Slider, and it should be fine to add the shortcode for the Booked plugin. But aside from the shortcode, it doesn’t have an option to pull the dynamic info.

meaning, usually tour operators, like ourselves, might have many criteria by which customers might choose to do a tour. Under it’s current form, they can only filter by one criteria, leaving them to having to figure out the additional criteria on their own, would it be possible to add more filters?

2) The Tour Grid has the fields that are shown, which can be repurposed. The filter is one level of filter though. You could look at one of the add-on plugins to see if there is a widget that has the options you’re looking for.
We are looking for a template for a free tour company, and we need that when a person reserves more than 1 place, the data of the other people is requested in the order. For example, if someone reserves 3 tickets, you have to add the data (name,...) of those 3 people, as an extra. Is it possible with your template?
Hi, there is the option to book multiple tickets / seats, but the booking system only asks for the information from one person. You can add custom fields, but the number of fields does not relate to the number of people selected.
Hi there, I’m a little worried about this theme because there were no updates for 6 months and the changelog doesn’t work anymore (github shortcode error?).
A customer is asking if I would recommend it, and unless you fix the changelog and provide a timeline for the next update, I can hardly do that, right?

Yes if you follow the steps there, it will set it up so that the customer is prompted to pay.
You do not need to purchase anything extra. The add-on is actually now part of the core plugin, so there is no add-on to install.
Hi. I had a doubt while using formidable forms in this theme. I am able to attach a contact form to a button. But after the form is submitted and we get a thank you message, how do i get the redirect to my web page? Currently the page displays the thank you page. I want to go back to my website home page

I purchased your product (Booked) implemented in the Tour Booking & Travel WordPress Theme – Embark theme.
And I’m having issues with the connection between Booked & Woocommerce plugin. After booking the event, it should proceed to the Checkout page, but it never happens. The status message shows “Please wait” and last forever. Could be the problem in incompatibility of the versions?
Booked – version 2.3.5 Woocommerce – version 7.4.0

Hi, yes the demo import sets up an exact clone of the live demo, except that the images are not shown.
This is due to the overall size of the import, to prevent issues with some hosts. However the photos are included and linked in the demo content folder inside the download package – you can download them from there and add any that you want.
In the NYC demo, every photo is included so you can easily add them in as you see fit.
