They have stopped updating the plugins on codecanyon.net therefore we are providing the latest available version of WPBakery, RevolutionSlider. Hello, I created a ticket since 2 days ago and i haven’t gotten a reply.
I am trying to use the lifeline donation pro feature, I can’t figure how to generate the shortcode to put on my text editor, there’s absolutely nothing to do that here.

Look, every plugin or theme can’t rely on the small amount they get from one sale so they sell extensions to extend their profits. WPBakery and Revolution Slider have done the same. They give us normal version and if you like to use extended versions you will have buy their features. But for our theme and its features their is no need to buy extended licence. Our theme has shortcodes which are manually developed and don’t need extra features of these two plugins to function. Thanks let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi, we purchased your theme hoping it would support all payment gateways mentioned, right out of the box. Now and only after contacting you are we made aware of the fact that that we have to pay an additional $249 per gateway extension.
Is this good practice? More importantly, wouldn’t it be fair of you to let your prospecting customers know upfront in the Theme Details tab of this cost so that we can make an informed purchasing decision?

Secondly, development and maintenance of these plugins and extensions are costly, so it is not possible to provide all these plugins and their extensions in $69 only. We have to pay heavy sums to a maintain a team that can keep the theme, plugins and extensions updated according to the continuous changes occurring in WordPress and APIs of these payment gateways.
