Hello my friend! Well, Im very interested in your theme.. amazing! Id like to ask you some points before purchasing, please:
1) Every end customer (person attending the party) must create an account on the site and will have a personal account for his/her tickets.. events..
2) And each of my clients (event) must have the master account; The master account will create the event, description, price batches, etc and have full access to all things about his created events/parties.
The end customer account: Will create an account, specify their preferred styles of parties/events .
3) Admin account must have full access for everything
4) Is there an option where the user, after purchasing the ticket, can transfer it to another user on the site? For example, using the purchase email?
5) The QR code expires after being scanned for the first time, correct?
Does the theme work like this? If not, can you please tell me how it works and some details, please?

1: Yes. You can require customer Login site before booking event, so the customer have to an account.

So Quick Pre-sale question, I downloaded your Em4U theme from elements and I absolutely love the Event Manager you use in this theme but I prefer to work with Elementor rather than Visual Composer. Your other themes however don’t come with the OVA Event Manager that are compatible with Elementor. Is there a solution that would let me have both? I noticed your Full Event Manager is not the same as the one included in the themes have more functions like connecting them to tickets and adding speakers.

Hello! I bought an EM4U. Recently, Event Settings stopped working – any changes did’t update. I noticed that the OvaTheme Events Manager plugin is version 1.2. After updating it to version 1.6, unfortunately, all events disappeared (they are still visible in the database, but the plugin doesn’t see them) and the settings were overwritten. Is it possible to download an old version of the OvaTheme Events Manager plugin (e.g. 1.5)? Thanks for your help

The first: you logged site with administrator account. Then you use Iphone to scan QR Code and click link “wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=event_ticket”, the system will update status of ticket.

- Scan QR Code: Open browser in mobile and login with administrator account then use Camera to scan QR Code, so Ticket Status will update in database.
